Overall Satisfaction with PathFactory

We use it to export reports and get a more detailed breakdown of if the content is being viewed.

Pros

  • Providing analytics
  • Easy to view dashboard
  • Ease of exporting reports

Cons

  • Ability to access reports on one page
  • Has allowed us to offer a higher revenue program because of the detailed behavior report.
We use Eloqua for different campaigns that require less detail. We use SnapApp for quizzes because they offer a breakdown by question/answer.
Useful for in-depth reporting on user behavior but not on user demographics.
