Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

Quickbase is being used by the organization as way to manage accounts and projects. We also do reporting out of Quickbase.

Pros

  • Easy data entry
  • Ability to design an app based on your organization
  • Offer tons of apps that may be helpful to your organization

Cons

  • Having the ability to assign account numbers to an account
  • Functionality of being able to list all subaccounts (affiliated facilities) under Main accounts (Corporate account)
  • Runs slow at times
Searching for accounts can be a bit difficult. If you are searching for "Arkansas" it will pull all facilities that have "Ark" instead of pulling facilities that all begin with Arkansas.
