Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

TriNet Passport is the HR portal we onboard employees primarily for payroll and benefits. It is used across the whole organization.

Pros

  • Customer support is always pleasant and finds ways to solve any issues.
  • TriNet provides all the HR benefits that our organization needs.

Cons

  • Some of the tools we use are not as intuitive as they should be.
  • TriNet has not been used further than payroll and benefits for our organization.
TriNet is well suited for employees to elect their benefits: 401k, health, dental, vision. Payroll for the company is all in once place. At times it can be difficult to find what you are looking for in all the tabs. Customer support is always ready to assist any of your needs.
