This is an important platform that would bring excellent results to small, medium and large companies. This is a constant monitoring system which allows employees to complete their tasks in the indicated time, When I Work sends automated alerts when an employee is not complying with their tasks and this allows us to know exactly the productivity we are having in each one of the sectors. It is an excellent platform for planning and administration of working hours, it has a very easy-to-use UI that allows schedules to be easily managed. Without a doubt, When I Work would be a perfect implementation for any sector or company, since it has a lot of potential to collect exact data on compliance with working hours. Pros	Staff can easily access fellow team members' contact info (phone & email). Staff can easily enter availability or time off. Managers have a log book to share issues or updates from the days’ shift so quick action can be completed easily if needed. Being able to communicate with managers only, with a specific department, or with the entire staff easily is very helpful. Return on Investment	I have worked in the service industry before where we just had a phone directory and copy of the schedule posted on a cork board by the office. It was a nightmare! I would say 7shifts has made a major impact on ensuring proper coverage for different meal hours and special events. We do not run short staffed very often anymore.
