  • A small team, like a large company, sometimes can be difficult to get in touch with. But considering their size they do good.
  • Possibility to expand the verification to more document types and files. The potential could be huge and use cases are large in our company.

  • This software program is the maximum often down of any that I even have to get right of entry to. For being an enterprise standard, I assume the reliability can be significantly improved.
  • It has a restricted guide on mobile. I dislike the pricing version and the contracts which can be required for users. I might choose a monthly agreement alternative that could now no longer lock us in.
  • Data discrepancies are common, there is most effective month-to-month reporting available, and no keyword seek gear to use.

Alternatives Considered
The other products listed are not exactly the same, but also part of software being used by our company in the same internal process. So far we are happy with the solution from Accredify and we really believe it will do its job and complement the process as a whole. We chose Accredify mainly because one colleague had used it before and saw the potential for a use case in our company. The business case was made and making implementation in one smaller division was a relatively small risk for us considering the knowledge gained for potential expansion.

Atomized is great for visualization and is better in that area. However, Nielsen Marketing Cloud is much more in-depth and has many more features available that allow for a larger variety of types of analysis and other capabilities. It is a much better overall product in this realm of expertise.

Return on Investment
  • Fraud can be costly to detect, but with accredify it has changed.
  • If we can just avoid one case of document tampering and thereby avoid a legal suit or a fraud the costs of Accredify are already a good investment.
  • We have a good IS a team, but the implementation of new software and training of personnel afterward is always a costly thing. However, with Accredify we can focus on our own core competencies - that is for some of our colleagues a very nice change.

  • We are using it for analytics, statistics control, and for a single pane of glass and reviews for our senior leadership. We fetch significant insights from this device which can be then provided to our stakeholders to higher understand the achievements and loopholes.
  • We can make Marketing strategies with the help of this. Also, it is benefiting financially and getting productive.
