Chose Adobe Real-Time CDP
Its my favorite tool in the entire Adobe Experience Platform ecosystem. I thought that its important to be connected with your customers and the best way to do it its to have a really good description to reveal what they like and prefer, that's the most important thing, so …
CDP enables data management and segment aspects, leveraging data from ADobe Analytics and EDL, while Adobe Target enables us to do A/B Testing and personilation use-cases
Adobe takes a very different approach to how profiles are stitched together than these other platforms. There are pros and cons, but there are more pros to the way Adobe has approached it. Also, the Adobe approach is designed from the ground up in the context of the other AEP …
Adobe CDP is a very capable product that offers all of the features that its competitors offer and more. The only differences can be noticed while connecting with other external tools. Adobe can help easily connect with tools within its ecosystem: Analytics/Marketo/Target, etc.
Synerise - All segments are real-time. We do not need to wait for the batch process. Data automations/transformation processes in SAS 360 - do not know well. However, AEP has better UI.
I have used a few audience insight tools but I find Audiense has a large mix of data within one platform. For instance, IBM Watson, Demos, Social Listening, Hashtags. It is great to have a lot of insights about an audience in one place to have a holistic understanding.
I use Audiense alongside Pulsar because the integration allows me full control over my data and analysis. The majority of the other platforms don't allow you to create your own audiences or clean your data yourself, but with Audiense I am able to do so.
Every time I have tried to find a swiss army knife kind of solution that does a number of things, I discover that they do many things fine but not the things I need to be done well. That is why I have been with Audiense for over a decade. They have not tried to be all things to …
Audiense is more of a data intelligence platform that helps you execute campaigns successfully whereas the other platforms mentioned have very little intelligence built into them.
Affinio was slightly more polished, and the automated segment naming was stronger; however, the platform suffered from a lack of development, struggled to see beyond the immediate Twitter data source, and at the time of contract renewal was not a particularly strong offering …
I chose Audiense many years ago because I believed it was the first important and accessible tool for effective management of social media communities.
Not exactly the same product but similar in a social media aspect-- Hootsuite is more about scheduling and organizing your contact while Audiense is more about insights. Together they work great.

Chose Audiense
Hootsuite Follower Wonk Got these 2 products and Audiense to get social media going.
Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform is well suited for organisations that have extensive PII data with attributes & consumer behaviors. Also, who wants to run omnichannel customer acquisition and focus on middle- or low-funch campaigns? Also, having multiple digital assets (i.e., website, mobile application, CRM, SMS campaign channels, etc).
When you start a strategy and want to discover how the audiense is composed, this is the first step to start exploring and then create your buyer personas with more details from other auxiliary tools (social listening, market research). Audiense is the best way to start exploring. It works better when you are dealing with big social media accounts when you want to explore audiences from a specific country or very specific interests. It’s good to import information from listening tools like Brandwatch to get better results about your audience.
Audiense is the best tool I have found for tie your tweets to changes in your followers. In essence, I can see when tweets are gaining or losing followers for my account.
Audiense also has great analytical tools like best time to tweet reports
Audiense also provide a very complete look at each person you follow or is following you. It helps to understand who the people are.
Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform quickly becomes a must-have once you are through the "build it" phase. Direct integration with a wide variety of disparate systems makes it a difficult proposition to remove once users are trained in its various systems and fully bought into the strategy behind its use. Support for a wide range of teams is helpful in adoption and continued use of Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform - everyone in data engineering, martech, frontend marketing can find a use case to pursue.
I have been using it for a few years now and I still think it's a pretty competitive tool, although a lot of new interesting tools are coming on the market and I am always on the lookout for new solutions. If it keeps innovating, however, Audiense could stay relevant for some time to come
Activation - great Segmentation - in UI, there should be the possibility of writing advanced code Tags. Both Mobile and Desktop Data Ingestion - might be pain in the ass. Changing one customer attribute is time-consuming. It should be some super admin or some feature. One user can change some customers' attributes easily. Data Transformation - Maybe there are some modules for that in AJO?
