More Info Chose BambooHR® I used to use that software but couldn't meet up my demand. But in BambooHR workforce management platform features are really amazing than that. There are areas of improvement that other companies are handling better, but overall, they are very similar. Paycom could improve on two major components: intersystem communication and ATS. Implementation was extremely weak. Another good payroll package that tried to be more than payroll.
