Chose CaptivateIQ
Everyone is very similar, at the end of the day for us was the local partners who assisted with the implementation
Salesforce was inaccurate, data was missing most of the time, it also only tracked what had been done so far. It did not track what my goal is nor did it tell me what my commissions would be. Having visibility to knowing where I am at and budgeting my pay is very helpful with …
My previous company did this on google sheets. It was always wrong, hard to read, and difficult to reach out to management if I thought something was incorrect. This is WAY more efficient and makes me feel like my company is prioritizing transparency and dedication to making …
Captivate offers much more than salesforce does on a much lighter platform at a significantly lower cost. We also see a possibly higher level of customization and better customer service in our interactions with Captivate IQ compared to Sales Force's arm of staff. Both are …
Spiff is super sleek and a top contender, honestly, though the price point difference between Captivate and Spiff took Spiff off the table quickly for us. Sales Cookie: we used it for a bit as Captivate didn't have a Hubspot integration, but we quickly outgrew the software and …
CIQ is better in every way than Excel! CIQ logic is very similar to formulas in Excel, so it's an easy transition to the tool. Once the logic is built, it is simply a click of a button to process the payouts, saving hours and hours of manual work.
We've completely phased out two of the comp plans from CaptivateIQ to Excel. Excel is a lot more flexible for any changes that occur throughout the year. The one downside is that it does not offer as much automation that CIQ does, since CIQ is synced to salesforce directly.
CaptivateIQ was much more easy to use by all parties involved including finance, accounting, sales, customer success and marketing. CaptivateIQ was also much less expensive in tracking commissions and other areas of our payouts when compared to Salesforce and other comparable …
I haven't looked at any others tools that are out on the marketplace. Again I am a strategic account manager so I am being told to use this product and it’s already been set up for me. Maybe you could list your competitors and I could tell you if I have used them before?
As I mentioned earlier, I'm an individual user of Everstage and did not get to work with or evaluate any similar tools to Everstage except using Google sheets to track my numbers.
I have not personally used another tool like Everstage. This is the second company I have been a part of that I have been able to track my variable compensation with Everstage and as a user it does what I would hope it does. I would not choose to move off of it.
In my opinion, the in-app/slack commission queries feature is more advanced than other products which makes Everstage outstanding. Next is the partnership that they provide and the willingness to adopt their solution to the product we use. In my experience, provides convenient …
Everstage easy to use not to much complicated to use and others also can use and maintain your daily work report for analysis. I like to use the Everstage in my check month report and payout report for monthly basis it's very workout to use and very useful to use for every …
This the best thing to calculate my incentives ,as i am sale person there is no personal life nor time either ,so the thing which give us good is the incentives and to calculate and tell where am i am standing in that cycle and on the whole what incentives i have got , this is …
I have never used other platform regarding the same since I was new to this platform as a sales rep. and like the way Everstage works. I am not sure about the other platform.
Its very transparent and we can easily check the real time performances and we can easily achieve our goals . Everstage plays a vital roles in terms of managing revenues and incentives .It motivates to achieve the expected target and fairness in the commissions . Everstage is …
it gives clear idea about your performance and it is more userfriendly compared to its competitor also user interface is very impressive it help and motivate people to earn most incentives also it help manager to push th team to earn more incentive the data is very transparent …
This was totally upto the organization so I don't really have a say in this but since we did not use the salesforce tool for calculating incentives as much - I can say Everstage is doing a good job.
it gives clear idea about your performance and it is more userfriendly compared to its competitor also user interface is very impressive it help and motivate people to earn most incentives also it help manager to push th team to earn more incentive the data is very transparent …
Salesforce is a platform where only we can track the leads and targets assigned whereas Everstage helps to track targets achieved for the month and incentives to be made against for the same. Everstage makes it more easy to head up your monthly strategy for driving more sales …
i have not used any other apps as such .. only we were using salesforce for checking all the refunds and performance evaluation; but recently we started using Everstage and finding it very much easy to use and understand hence have started implementing in day to day activities …
Accurate data was shown on Everstage platform and the reach to the user was fast. They only took couple of months to develop and reach the end user within the third month and completed all the training of hand-ons fast without wasting our time. Also the trainings were conducted …
Captivate IQ is well-suited for sales teams of any size. Its ability to handle multiple, complex plan management allows for any amount of reps or level of complexity to be built in, allowing any organization to benefit from its automation and platform. We've changed our plans massively each year, and it is able to handle these changes with ease. It does seem as though it pairs better with SFDC. We use Hubspot, and this works okay, but our integration sometimes lags or needs a heavier lift to adjust.
Everstage is a powerful tool that caters to the needs of organizations looking to automate commission calculations for consultants and generate leaderboards based on performance. By leveraging Everstage, organizations can eliminate the reliance on manual Excel sheets and streamline their commission management process. Additionally, Everstage empowers representatives to review their commissions, approve or reject them, and easily communicate any concerns or issues to the commission team. If your organization is seeking a comprehensive solution for commission management, performance tracking, and streamlined communication, Everstage is the right tool for you.
Employee Self-Service: CapIQ include self-service portals for employees. This allows them to access their compensation details, track their performance, and understand how their pay is structured.
Error reduction - Manual calculation of incentives and bonuses is prone to errors, especially in organizations with complex compensation structures involving multiple variables, such as sales targets, performance metrics, and different payout rates. These errors can result in underpayments, overpayments, or discrepancies in compensation, which can lead to dissatisfaction among employees.
Real-Time Updates: In dynamic environments, compensation plans may change frequently due to shifts in business goals or market conditions. Compensation incentive software can quickly adapt to these changes, ensuring that compensation calculations remain accurate even as plans are updated. CapIQ allowed me to track my incentives live.
If there was a way to easily add a visual with the main quota's, accelerators, incentives from my comp plan and track progress to those goals that'd be a nice feature
Sometimes pay periods don't match up perfectly, probably an error on our end.
Since it shows the data of sales so they don't have any method by which the refund in the sales can be tracked. One of my teammate had refund done but it was not showing in the Everstage. I think this need to improved
The dashboard can be improved by showing some emojis, if he is coming on top and makes the employee feel happy.
Sometime after login it shows the 3 months before data, i think it should start by showing the current data.
because CIQ has been a great solution to our commission systems and we're confident we can improve the features we use for the future. We want to continue improving the statements and the plans in the platform
Because as of now how much I have used I am ok with it as it is helping me in daya to day work because it hep us to see the content in right manner with help of good visualization. the dashboards and all are up to the mark which make it more convinient to use .
I give this rating because I think that this works really well, and it helps our teams see things faster and we are able to keep up with pay outs, I give Captivate a 10/10 because I love the format and how quickly we are able to see the payouts
Using Everstage, plans can now be easily rolled out in a matter of minutes and today, everyone from sales ops to the C-Suite has quick access to the intelligence they need to inform better sales forecasting. With Everstage on our desktops and mobile devices, we keep commission pay transparent and accessible.
We used support during our initial setup regarding statment errors. They were quick and concise to respond and help us solve our issues regarding this. They also directed us to the office hours that enabled us to learn of new features and upcoming announcements.
It's Wonderful. They have been accessible when in need. the response is immediate and genuine. the support wait time is not too long either. when a fault is pointed out, thy accept it and try to work on it and within a week they try to find a better option to resolve the issue. Accepting and working to deliver better is really appreciable thing. Kudos to the team on that
Captivate offers much more than Salesforce does on a much lighter platform at a significantly lower cost. We also see a possibly higher level of customization and better customer service in our interactions with Captivate IQ compared to Sales Force's arm of staff. Both are great companies, but we will be sticking with CIQ for the future, we see it as much more agile.
Everstage has kept its promise of providing timely, accurate incentive calculations while outperforming against previous solutions. It takes overly complex process with lots of data and inputs, and streamlines it and makes the process much more efficient. It was chosen also due to its high level of integration with our existing CRM platform, as well the robust nature of the software itself.
Simplified comp plans overall; after implementing CapIQ, I was able to demonstrate to Leadership that our plans were far too complex, resulting in simplification the next time plans were created.
Fast payout processing. Before CapIQ payout processing was manual in spreadsheets and took significantly more time than now, I quickly validated the data by comparing it to a saved report in Salesforce and then send the payouts for approval.
Reps can easily see their payout information and create what-if scenarios to see where they might end up if they close a deal.
Overreliance on performance metrics and incentives alone can sometimes lead to unintended consequences, such as employees focusing solely on meeting targets without considering other important aspects of their roles, such as customer satisfaction or long-term strategic goals
