Clearbit is better in terms of brand recognition and after Husbpot acquisition it has improved in terms of data volume, data quality, and features apart from data enrichment also. The pricing is a bit on the higher side but worth because of the data quality and Hubspot …

Clearbit has more valid data than other when compare to the spam delivery rate which I noticed through out my career.

When evaluating data enrichment solutions, we compared Clearbit against alternatives like ZoomInfo, InsideView, and D&B Hoovers. Clearbit emerged as our preferred choice for several key reasons:
Chose Breeze Intelligence for Hubspot
Clearbit has been extremely beneficial for our organization. We still use and have access to some other tools, but it's the net new targeting that stands out for us, rather than a BlackBox of accounts that are in the market. When it comes to paid social where tracking and …

We did not evaluate any other tools. We were referred by another vendor.

DiscoverOrg has better contact info, but not as much company info (they focus on larger companies). Also, DiscoverOrg was much more expensive. Additionally DiscoverOrg wouldn't have satisfied our need to enrich our back-end database.

Chose Breeze Intelligence for Hubspot
Clearbit is the only solution that is both robust and pay as you go, making it really easy to get started and try it out.
Chose Breeze Intelligence for Hubspot
Clearbit is right up there with similar products. I find Clearbit useful in certain situations and specific industries. The user experience and integrations make it an easy tool to learn and use. In all this is a great tool, but I would like to see a broader range of data.

I use Full Contact for some applications and Clearbit for others.
I have used Clearbit as a google extension and have enjoyed the clean interface.
I love the UI in Clearbit and the simplicity of the design. Easy access and simple.

Clearbit is extremely more powerful than data.com. Clearbit has quality data, the ability to map directly into our Salesforce, multiple filters to search, api, and widget that connects to LinkedIn. The two are not comparable in terms of usage and capabilities to generate new …

I have used Data.com via Salesforce, which I think the org chart and industry feature is easier to understand in Rainking. DiscoverOrg, it has been a while since I used it but I remember liking it. I think the information was not as accurate as the information of Rainking.

It ends up that their datasets didn't have a huge crossover so, having used both, I can say that they both had very high-quality datasets. Now that they're one company they have the best data in the world for IT (to my knowledge). Between the two companies, I would say that the …

Clearbit is great for companies with large sales teams who focus on high touch prospecting. The time saved by not having to search a prospect's LinkedIn profile, but simply see data in the CRM is awesome. On the other hand, Clearbit may not be as ideal in a company where sales are very transactional

RainKing is awesome if your organization is planning on using it to help you acquire more targeted leads that fit well in the space you are going after. I love that there is no limit as to how many companies you can go after. The CSM that I worked with (Will Elchorn) did a superb job of answering any and all questions that I had.

Pros
  • I appreciate its simple layout and its navigation which allows SDRs to find company-associated web pages.
  • I can easily send them emails. In this way, I have generated leads that eventually affect my sales.
  • It is integrated with so many other similar tools that have left a mark in managing the CRM.

  • Being able to search for companies that are currently evaluating solutions in your space.
  • The contact information for people and related people is also great, I have used dozens of other data solutions and prefer Rainking.
  • Rainking also gives you the ability to create lists of your ideal buyer and download them which was great for my team and I pull new contacts to prospect!
  • I can't get over how impressive the org chart info is in RainKing, it allowed myself and my team to find other involved prospects and get a good feel for organizations.

Cons
  • Clearbit is like other products that I use and the biggest challenge I have is getting it to work with the programs I want to use. I would love to have all my programs flow through something like Clearbit without a lot of programming and API juggling. Not a Clearbit issue, however, it would be awesome to have a universal IO API that we can all plug into and make life simple.

  • I'm not a fan of my account manager. He's not the most responsive.
  • There are limitations to the software (ex: I've found several instances where I get a message that says I need to pay more to get information about certain people/companies).

The majority of the time it provides quick, accessible and easy to use information about the company and contact information. This has really helped us to personalise our outreach while also making it faster to prospect accounts. I don't give it a ten as this information can be inaccurate. Including the LinkedIn link which sometimes re-directs to old LinkedIn accounts, or just the wrong one. This seems to be caused by not updating the information regularly enough (just a feeling, no evidence)

Usability
Clearbit is very easy to use. Any new joiner can self-onboard, self-learn in matter of hours, if not minutes. Its integration feature within Hubspot and also with Salesforce makes it easy for marketing team to use it every day. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful to resolve issues within few days

The team has been extremely helpful and works with us one on one with issues we come across. My main issues with the service is it’s outward interactions with us since purchasing the product. They have not proactively checked in to see how our is doing with the product.

We actually originally went with another product but changed our minds because of the price. While it may be pricey, it costs less than other products we looked at; however, this doesn't include [the hefty price tag that comes with] federal data. We're still deciding whether to purchase government/federal data. I also really like RK's customer support - they seemed very nice and genuinely wanted to make sure we were getting the best ROI.

  • It's provided some key data in terms of geography which we rely on to distribute our customers and prospects to territories.
  • Works great for large repositories of data, which we have.
  • Not as useful for proactive prospecting. We use it primarily for data enrichment and confirmation of demographic info.

  • In general can help with more accurate targeting (competitors provide more accurate and granular department designations)
  • It can help with account penetration since it does provide the family tree and it is quite accurate
  • Alerts do help in understanding companies initiatives (however competitors do provide similar service)
