Since it shows the data of sales so they don't have any method by which the refund in the sales can be tracked. One of my teammate had refund done but it was not showing in the Everstage. I think this need to improved
The dashboard can be improved by showing some emojis, if he is coming on top and makes the employee feel happy.
Sometime after login it shows the 3 months before data, i think it should start by showing the current data.
Because as of now how much I have used I am ok with it as it is helping me in daya to day work because it hep us to see the content in right manner with help of good visualization. the dashboards and all are up to the mark which make it more convinient to use .

It's Wonderful. They have been accessible when in need. the response is immediate and genuine. the support wait time is not too long either. when a fault is pointed out, thy accept it and try to work on it and within a week they try to find a better option to resolve the issue. Accepting and working to deliver better is really appreciable thing. Kudos to the team on that
Salesforce has sleek UI and UX and also has a plethora of robust features. However, it is quite expensive to adopt and develop for the average user and is also quite cumbersome. CloudApper SalesQ is quite affordable and simple, and gets the job done. It is great for monitoring sales teams and managing their performance.
Everstage has kept its promise of providing timely, accurate incentive calculations while outperforming against previous solutions. It takes overly complex process with lots of data and inputs, and streamlines it and makes the process much more efficient. It was chosen also due to its high level of integration with our existing CRM platform, as well the robust nature of the software itself.
