Chose Countly
Google Analytics is a big giant and Countly has impressed me with its features. I say well done.
Countly have two main elements that make it the better option. First is open sourced so you can edit with code new options and new events, also you can use a variety of plugins depending of the necessities of the users and the objectives of every analysis. The second …
Well, Countly is open-source. It got a very helpful community in its back that will surely help you on your projects. Countly is known for its mobile analytics and marketing platform for businesses. It excels at mobile data analysis and working directly with customers to boost …
Matomo has poor integrations and SDK support compared to Countly. It is also significantly harder to set up compared to Countly. There have also been complaints about Matomo having security flaws. Additionally, Matomo seemed to lack common analytics platform features, like …
My experience was with simple software like Google My Business, but for some Reviews & Ratings, it was good enough and supplied my demand. Once the Google world is one of the bests environments for initial and small businesses, I think using their tools someway we can sound …
PowerReviews had the best price-to-value ratio and the most
accessible sales team. We wanted an easy-to-integrate, out-of-the-box review
solution with less maintenance. When comparing pricing and features, we saw no
When I need to learn about other people's experiences with a product or service so that I can apply that learning to my own credit process, I think that's the best time to utilize them. Inside the finance and banking industries, in particular, knowledge is power, and it's …
Most CMS softwares bring the basic tools. Solutions like this one bring it to the next level. There are automated features and much more flexibility involved with specialized tools like this one.
To us, it was quite simple. If you sell tshirts.. There not much UGC you need, but …
PowerReviews provided the best balance of price and value. BazaarVoice is popular in the industry but when we compared pricing and features we did not see any compelling reason to spend more. PowerReviews also had the easiest team to work with in the sales process, and that has …
We evaluated a lot of lower-end options within the Shopify app marketplace as options against PowerReviews. While their price tags may have been lower, the quality of product doesn't compare to what PowerReviews has to offer. It's important to note that this type of reviewing …
It was easier to read customer reviews on PowerReviews than on Bazaarvoice. I was not a part of the approving process for either programs. But in my opinion Bazaarvoice does a better job at filtering with their large variety of options that they can pull in a data sheet for you.
PowerReview has the questions and answers as well as syndication network which helps user-generated-content. TrustPilot just provides reviews (at least that's what we used).
We've stayed with PowerReviews over the years partially due to development priorities, but they offer a very good value for the product. TrustPilot has a good platform as well, but we haven't had a strong enough reason to change.
Account Management is pretty comparable; pleased with both experiences. The Turn To interface seemed a bit more user-friendly but no real complaints with regard to PowerReviews.
PowerReviews had a much simpler custom integration process, which was very helpful, as we use a lot of proprietary systems. With Bazaarvoice, it was a complicated process to make any changes to the reviews section without a lot of technical involvement. Additionally, …
We are currently using BazaarVoice and while the platform is nice, the transition from PR has been very rough. Our account management seems spread too thin, and has outright acknowledged that they misplaced our notes. This has felt sloppy in comparison to PR.
PowerReviews has a good mix of popularity, user friendliness, high level customer service and value pricing that makes it stand out for my needs - I have used Bazaarvoice in the past, and it's a very good service as well, though their level of customer service was not as …
Countly is wonderful. It mhas affordable options for startups that are experimenting with event and market-tracking services that can't afford more expensive services but do have the cloud credits to operate Countly. For later-stage companies that have the money, but not the time to set up a service like this, a service like Amplitude, Segment, or Mixpanel may be a better alternative.
PowerReviews is a great tool for outside customers to leave reviews, however, it is not very friendly for the team that is taking the information, analyzing it, and trying to learn from it. Their website can be much improved for ease of use, additionally, it may just be my server, but it takes a lot of time for information to load, even if the review volume is 0. Just all the baggage that comes with the page loading makes it slow
Their flexibility with moderation options works well for our business. We can moderate immediately, or have PowerReviews handle the first round of moderation.
The back end reporting allows us to export and distribute review content on an automated schedule, helping our product managers get first hand feedback.
Easy for customers to leave reviews, with some customization by product type built in and configurable for our products.
Also relatively easy to drop visitors in to a review form for the exact product they've purchased.
Good value compared to the other major player in the consumer review space.
Bad UI - The UI is quite outdated and poorly designed, which was one of the principal reasons for us moving away from Countly.
Some poor documentation - 3rd-party documentation and tutorials for some of their mobile SDKs are better than Countly's own documentation.
Server requirements can be a bit high - For startups with trial credits on cloud computing services, this may not be a problem. Otherwise, Countly can get as expensive as hosted services like Segment and Mixpanel.
Well, Countly is open-source. It got a very helpful community in its back that will surely help you on your projects. Countly is known for its mobile analytics and marketing platform for businesses. It excels at mobile data analysis and working directly with customers to boost engagement. Its main job in "user retention" is to assist you to comprehend custom activity in any component of your app and communicating that data to the server. Its user-friendly and well-designed app features improve consumer happiness. Unique features like in-app activity tracking and analysis can increase in-app usability and user experience, resulting in higher retention and income.
PowerReviews provided the best balance of price and value. bazaarvoice is popular in the industry but when we compared pricing and features we did not see any compelling reason to spend more. PowerReviews also had the easiest team to work with in the sales process, and that has continued into the engagement.
Custom components and PowerReviews API can display positive customer feedback from an element.
