Chose Dialpad Connect
Dialpad Connect was much easier to set up (Twilio's regulatory bundle approvals are inconsistent-- the documents I sent them using our account were rejected, but were approved using the same documents when I applied for a phone number from Close CRM's Twilio integration).
I can't really tell you as I haven't tried a competitor, I'm not sure what others there really are. I guess it's better than Twilio but that's not an apples to apples comparison.
My previous provider had bad call quality, calls would drop and my phone would randomly dial other numbers. All of these issues have been alleviated with Dialpad. It has been a great and useful service since I signed up.
Panterra is dependable and has good support. Dialpad Connect has more features and an easier interface. AT&T has a lot of features, but Dialpad Connect's interface is easier. AT&T does not do call transcription that I know of. Comcast BVE and 8x8 services are lower quality and …
Been many years, as i was in previous job. Travel agency that worked like a call center. But its been 5 years on Dialpad and it functions for us as a call center. But has better options
Dialpad Connect more than holds its own against its competitors. It's pricing and support are very good. Additionally it's free trial offer is instrumental in demonstratingto a customer it's ability to pay for itself without concerning potential new clients with immediate and …
Company decided on a service that was more inclusive then just using Zoom or something similar. Also we have had some bad experiences with Ring Central
Dialpad Connect is very helpful for everyone. After switching to Orum, I feel that Orum better fits our business needs as it can serve as both a power and parallel dialer. The best part is the live coaching feature, where I can listen in on any calls in real-time to coach my …
Neither Zoom nor Teams automatically send your conference recordings to the chair or organizer; you have to go in and download them. Zoom/Teams will notify when the meeting is about to start; however I have never been contacted by the system or auto-connected to the meeting by …
Dialpad is designed with a mobile-first approach, making it a strong choice for teams that need to manage calls, messages, and meetings on the go. Dialpad may be better than Zoom for businesses that need a comprehensive communication platform with a strong emphasis on voice …
I compared between the vendors and found them affordable and reliable. Their onboarding process was rather lengthier but since then, we have hardly had issues.
We've used Net2Phone and Segra prior to using PanTerra Networks. PanTerra Networks has been our best overall system. For Net2Phone, call quality was an issue at times and it was not easy to update the system for holidays at the time of use as well as limited data analytics. …
I only used grasshopper with a smaller team so I’m not sure if it would scale. I did not select PanTerra Networks but have been using it for 4+ years. It does work, but I think it could be better.
It is a simpler solution and a more cost-effective option but best suited for small teams who are comfortable with on-premise solutions. Call centers with large teams require a more elaborate set up in my opinion.
First thing would be cost, Ring Central has a lot of bells and whistles which is nice, but we didn't use many of them so we were paying for things that were not needed for our business. Second would be the customer service and account management. I think they got too big too …
We previously used Verizon for our business phones. we then had to seek additional services for additional features we were looking for. The need to use multiple companies made billing and customer support exhausting and cumbersome. Since switching to PanTerra Networks our …
Streams is very easy to use , the interface with windows is taskless and the mobile app works just fine as well. Texting is easy, just type message and send, you can also share files via text through web or the app itself . Monitor the trainees calls to make sure they are doing …
PanTerra Networks is viewed as more competitive, and close enough to win. Those other companies do offer more integrations off the shelve, and do have a more user friendly portal. Panterra does give the client a more personalized experience when it comes to the presentation, …
PanTerra Networks is much more seamless and integrated than Adtran products. The vonage products are very similiar to the Panterra telephony products. Panterra has a much better call & contact center application and better unified communications. The pricing for Panterra is …
The customer support on PanTerra Streams is significantly better than Vonage. Also, the overall cost of PanTerra Streams was better, in our experience, than Vonage.
I was not part of the decision making process to select PanTerra Streams, but since I have been brought on board we have found others that are easier to use and more cost effective than Panterra, so we are making a change.
It is well-suited for basic calling functionality, but has been a poor experience for us when used for texting, as it lacks some of the features of other platforms, such as Haymarket. It is also challenging to capture good analytics, as this is neither easy nor clear for users to find.
One of the main draws of PanTerra Networks Streams is the unlimited calling, which was very enticing. We chose the platform over other models (per-call for example) because they simplified billing. While the video conferencing and messaging feel bare-bones or underdeveloped in comparison to other players in the market, the fact that the messaging is seamlessly integrated into the PBX makes it easy to use. The call routing systems are especially robust, which in the collections world is very important to be able to segment calls to different users.
As of now, the way this system allows us to call each other, text each other (inner office) as well as communicate with customers while being fully integrated with our CRM (Service Titan) has made everything so much easier for everyone. Thus far, I am super thrilled with the ease of use, integration and all the reasons we chose Dialpad Talk are working great
In all likelihood, we will remain Panterra customers for many years. VoIP phone and messaging is a rapidly expanding and evolving market, however, and its possible a better solution will come along, but for now, Panterra Streams offers a compelling solution combining leading features, great customer service, and affordable pricing.
Dialpad Connect is good and recommended for any organization. It is a good value. It can accomplish everything that your organization is looking for, and no one will say it is outside the budget for any 50+ person organization. The AI feature is very useful. The dashboard could be a bit easier to manage, and the integration with Salesforce could be a bit smoother.
PanTerra Networks needs to make the interface more user friendly and make it easier for the users. Like saving message templates or saving phone numbers for the fax directory.
There have not been any outages that I am aware of and we have had consistently good coverage since the start. There can be a slight lag from the office to the mobile app, but it is not terribly noticeable and it has not resulted in any calls being prematurely hung up
The emails of voice transcription come very quickly after a call has been completed and except for a few fairly difficult names are pretty accurate. The ability to quickly listen to the voicemail from email without having to open the app is also a bonus. I have not noticed or heard of any slowdowns
Dialpad Onboarding support was okay. I think this was because we used a 3rd party vendor. We had a lot of issues with provisioning the phones.
The Dialpad sales rep forgot to mention that Dialpad is only compatible with Polycom desk phones so we bad to purchase new phones last minute.
We were supposed to get 3 months free when we signed up with Dialpad as a courtesy but the charged us for the 3rd month. They have resolved this error but I think there was no designated point of contact on Dialpad's end to help things move more smoothly.
The support team is fantastic, probably the best I have experienced with any company. If I have a question, I can quickly chat with support and they resolve the problem nearly immediately. I don't have to call a phone number and wait on the line for hours for a response. Overall, the support team is one of the main reasons we continue to utilize PanTerra Streams.
Simple and easy to follow, we had our branches around the country to be trained and the feedback was great. Only take if there was a desk phone training that would be great. The team provided us with video for the desk phone training
Everything was fantastic. Training was sufficient and everything was easy to use. It was provided on our schedule and was very clear. I did the training myself. Training person was very knowledgeable. We are very happy. Only two users. very happy very happy very happy very happy very happy very happy
The implementation was fast. Things were explained quite well on the onboarding call. All that was left to do was to map the extensions(they did this for us) and port over the numbers. The porting process went pretty smoothly! No complaints at all.
Panterra is dependable and has good support. Dialpad Connect has more features and an easier interface. AT&T has a lot of features, but Dialpad Connect's interface is easier. AT&T does not do call transcription that I know of. Comcast BVE and 8x8 services are lower quality and service is not great.
We've used Net2Phone and Segra prior to using PanTerra Networks. PanTerra Networks has been our best overall system. For Net2Phone, call quality was an issue at times and it was not easy to update the system for holidays at the time of use as well as limited data analytics. Segra had good call quality and ease of system but did not have good data analytics at the time of use. PanTerra Networks had all: Call quality, ease of customization and good data analytics.
So far, Dialpad has been a great improvement for our organization. It allows everyone to be on the same service and the integration with the mobile app means everyone is still using the "office" numbers even when on the go which makes it easier not having to balance multiple phone numbers from people
Very reliable. We make hundreds of calls outbound and there has never been a connectivity issue or otherwise
We decreased our monthly expense for reliable service by several hundred dollars
The onboarding support was the best we've ever experienced. They were on the phone while we hooked up every phone, tested, and got it all set up with ease.
Any changes needed after onboarding were difficult to accomplish without a call to customer service. Some of those calls to customer service made things more confusing
