As I mentioned earlier, I'm an individual user of Everstage and did not get to work with or evaluate any similar tools to Everstage except using Google sheets to track my numbers.
I have not personally used another tool like Everstage. This is the second company I have been a part of that I have been able to track my variable compensation with Everstage and as a user it does what I would hope it does. I would not choose to move off of it.

Since it shows the data of sales so they don't have any method by which the refund in the sales can be tracked. One of my teammate had refund done but it was not showing in the Everstage. I think this need to improved

Sometime after login it shows the 3 months before data, i think it should start by showing the current data.
Reporting: we only had access to some of the reports so would have liked to see more detail and have the ability to create custom reports.
Licensing: we accessed qstream via Growthplay so only had access to limited features. Would like to see this extended so that we could truly experience all of the qstream benefits.
Content Creation: we were not able to create our own questions and streams but had to rely on the external team. Self-creation and self-directed streams would have been preferable.
Because as of now how much I have used I am ok with it as it is helping me in daya to day work because it hep us to see the content in right manner with help of good visualization. the dashboards and all are up to the mark which make it more convinient to use .
Qstream is good in terms of gamification and driving adoption. However we are looking for a platform that supports content creation, ILT training as well as gamification. Qstream would meet only one of those criteria. We may still use them again if we are unable to find a compete platform in future

It's Wonderful. They have been accessible when in need. the response is immediate and genuine. the support wait time is not too long either. when a fault is pointed out, thy accept it and try to work on it and within a week they try to find a better option to resolve the issue. Accepting and working to deliver better is really appreciable thing. Kudos to the team on that
