Support Rating	No answers on this topic	Later are not just a software tool, they also provide marketing advice, tips, and tutorials via their blog. I’ve only had to reach out to them for help a few times and have found them to respond much faster than other tools in their category. I receive weekly emails with updates, marketing tips and invites to online events. I look forward to their emails as I’ve learned a lot of things that I’ve been able to actually implement. Return on Investment	It's hard to measure the ROI on social media, so I really don't like to think of it in those terms, especially with a tool that is getting your employees to share content on social media. But this tool has helped mobilize my clients' employees into posting on social on their behalf, significantly increasing their share of voice and the sentiment regarding their brands in the market. These are the metrics I like to think about for this type of tool, so I think it's a positive impact in that regard and everyone should have a tool (EveryoneSocial or otherwise) to do this if you want to mobilize your employees on social.
