Support Rating	During the initial setup and onboarding, we had a white-glove approach from the Exceed Customer Success team: weekly touchpoints to review and evaluate progress towards our stated objectives. Outside of our regular catch-ups, should any questions or issues arise, Exceed has a chat function that always seems to be staffed. The average response times to questions was 10-20 minutes. Return on Investment	There is a significant benefit to using a service/virtual assistance to answer and qualify customers versus life staffing agents.
