I'm only familiar with GoReact to solve the problems I use GoReact to solve. I'm not interested in other platforms. I'm pretty content with what I see. I've heard of other platforms but never used them, so I won't speak to anything outside my own experience.
Go React is easier to use and allows for ease of purchasing- especially for smaller organizations. Go React has video to video commenting, which is huge in increasing productivity.
HireVue isn't really in the same category at the other programs I listed so it's hard to compare them because they are all leveraged for very different purposes. HireVue was selected (to my knowledge) for its ease of use and the video interview recording function and I haven't …
I was not initially a part of the selection process for HireVue. Skype for Business is often recommended by the business since it is the current internal messaging platform. Unfortunately with Skype for Business we are not able to interview external candidates, evaluate …
HireVue only allows 4 people total for Live Interviewers. A lot of managers ask to set up WebExs to include a larger interview team. However, HireVue is better than WebEx due to the fact that you can send out OnDemand tests to the candidates prior to submitting them to the …
I have used Rivs in the past and really thought it was a great tool to use. However, HireVue has more case studies, allows you to engage with the community of Hirevue and is always giving pointers/tips. I felt a little on my own with Rivs unless the rep was calling and checking …
We went with HireVue because they are great at what they do! They have great support and truly care about the customer's brand. If you don't have a brand yet, or are just starting out - that is great too! They help you. The other companies did not do that. As a bonus they offer …
HireVue is by far a much better product which is more user friendly and reliable. Excellent customer service. You come for the product you stay for the service.
Gray Peak doesn't even compare to HireVue. Where I think Gray Peak is a 2 or 3 out of 10, I am absolutely convinced that HireVue is a 10! Yes there are probably some tweaks for HireVue but this product is truly amazing. It impresses me each day with the volume that we are able …
We looked at Green Job Interview and another company but I don't recall their name. HireVue was more expensive in cost but overall value was better. They are a larger company with more support and have been established longer.
We haven't reviewed too many other competing products in this space. The feature set of HireVue addressed most of our needs fairly early on in our evaluation process.
ApplicantPro is a good recruiting program but HireVue does it better when it comes to seeing how the candidate really is. So instead of using ApplicantPro's interview software we have been able to use both of them hand in hand which has been a really nice combination. …
We prefer HireVue due to the ease of use and the recording function as compared to Skype. Zoom is a platform one of our clients elected to go with and already had in place, I can't say we fully evaluated it, however, my limited knowledge would say the two are comparable.
As this is my first time in recruiting, I personally have not used similar products to HireVue. I can image that HireVue's simplicity and user friendly application is definitely something that makes this tool unique compared to other companies. HireVue also has excellent …
HireVue is much more innovative and new compared to the aforementioned products. I enjoy using HireVue because it's new software, and it is constantly changing and being updated.
I have never used any other one-way products, so I can't compare. We also don't use HireVue for live interviewing purposes only for one-way interviewing. I would be interested in seeing how one-way interviewing compares to live interviewing. In addition, how HireVue compares to …
Our current cost point is appealing and we have only received positive feedback from users and hiring managers. No real reason to switch to another company at this time.

N/A - we've only used HireVue. We've talked to others at conferences but their product couldn't compare to HireVue so we didn't go any further with them.
Originally we liked the idea of having video interviews, but found we lost some good applicants because of it. This is strictly because of our particular hiring process. HireVue can possibly be very successful for other industries.
It is very well-suited for business presentations. The students improve their presentation skills tremendously using GoReact and the feedback from the instructor. It is less suited for very technical areas such as operations research and management science.
HireVue was very well suited for my interviewing process with my current company for both my initial hire and my lateral move within the organization. It was very convenient given where I am geographically located to interview with our corporate office in Rhode Island. It provided the convenience of interviewing remotely for the opening posted.
OnDemand Interviews is a great feature that lets you set up video/multiple choice/codevue questions. You send it to the candidates and they are able to take the interview on their time and in the comfort of their own home.
HireVue and HireVue Pro apps. This is a great tool for manager and candidates to take/review interviews on the go.
HireVue has the ability to upload candidates via a CVS file, which is nice when you have tons of applicants.
I would like to be able to add more than one person to a video at once. Yes it's easy now, I just think it would be easier to blast through all of the info then hit "save."
Not sure why it says "save" instead of "send" when sending out a video interview.
I'm really trying to find weaknesses and that is why tried to be picky... If I had one more weakness I'd say I want a way to delete old users from showing up. Archiving is not good enough. There should be a delete button.
HireVue isn't really in the same category at the other programs I listed so it's hard to compare them because they are all leveraged for very different purposes. HireVue was selected (to my knowledge) for its ease of use and the video interview recording function and I haven't had any major issues with the platform so I think it performs fine, but there's always room for improvement.
Time to fill has been reduced/ shortened since we are able to screen more candidates quicker.
Time to schedule has been shortened as candidates are able to self-schedule their own interviews with a hiring manager; no more chasing people through phone calls to coordinate multiple schedules.
Candidate reach has been greatly enhanced - we can reach more candidates than we ever could with traditional phone screening.
