| Considered Both Products | Chose GoTo Connect In both cases we found GoToConnect easier to use and administer - and also cheaper than both Skype and Zoom Invited by the Vendor A de minimis incentive was given to thank the reviewer for their time. More Info Chose GoTo Connect I personally felt that Skype and Zoom were living in the past while GoTo Meeting was excelling ahead of the competition. Microsoft Teams was more of an internal tool. More Info Chose GoTo Connect We selected GoToConnect over RingCentral primarily for the ease of access to the system. RingCentral required downloading multiple desktop applications that all needed to be logged into separately. GoToConnect keeps it simply in a web browser.
