Use Cases and Deployment Scope
At my company, we use Teams primarily to instant message one another across the entire organization. If you need a quick answer it is preferable to email. We also use it however to store and share documents. It is also great at taking and organizing notes. It also has task board functionality.

- Hard to tell if someone is actually "away"
- Missing some Lync functionality
- Hard to find in SharePoint where docs are kept
