Chose Jobvite
We evaluated iCIMS, Taleo, and CATS. Jobvite was hands down the best. All others had pretty poor UX for recruiters and candidates. They felt clunky or slim in terms of features. Jobvite was the best option in terms of slick, simple UI, and complete features.
