I tried ZipRecruiter in my current position and prior positions and it doesn't compare to Indeed. Everyone is so familiar with Indeed and can depend on it. I tried ZipRecruiter for the free 1 week trial on posting an open position and we hardly received any candidates.

It is better than the more expensive tools like Dice and Ladders. Indeed does offer the option to post nationwide as with ZipRecruiter you have to have a city state to post in and only mark the job remote.
