Chose Infor CRM
Front doesn't do ticketing, while Infor does. I could actually use Front with Infor as it handles the client communication very well.
We selected INFOR CRM over SalesForce simply because it was affordable and didn't have so many 'bells & whistles' that SalesForce has that we were not using. We didn't realize that the compatibility with upgrades were going to be such an issue.
Because we are consultants, it's usually the clients which have made the decision to go with Infor CRM, but when they come to us for recommendations, Infor CRM is not typically what we would recommend unless there is a very specific fit to the client (i.e. they used to use ACT …
SaesLogix lacks some of the built in dashboard and report development simplicity that could improve it. The user interface in SalesLogix is more stark and less user friendly. In my experience, SaleLogix is much slower on click to click basis than Salesforce.com.
Infor CRM performs very well against all three of the CRMs I have used and worked with in the past. As customizable as you need, or out of the box features that can be used immediately, Infor CRM is a good choice; especially for businesses with sales teams that aren't well …
Infor CRM is a great product. It is among the best of the best. MS Dynamics may be better for most as it too has made a lot of great improvements. However, Infor CRM's UI seems to be the easiest to use. It allows our users to get in and get out quickly.
As the admin, the ability to make simple changes with Infor is much more diffcult and mistakes are easily made. The back help support and training materials for Infor is severly lacking vs any other CRM product i have used in the past. I will say the support piece does seem to …
Price, support, ease of use, integration. Features were consistent with our goals. We wanted a system that could be used to unify disparate data across the company. The cost of implementation, servers, licensing, maintenance and consulting fees were competitive. We used a …
Salesflare has BOTH the dedicated web platform and the integrated side-bar in my google inbox that acts intuitively to mine for contacts in my emails and linkedIN. Monday.com requires all manual input and though well laid out and has some fun pizzaz, is less helpful. Salesflare …
The learning curve and ease of use are virtually non-existent, and the interface is straightforward. Other products we've tried or evaluated have been too complicated and customizable. It's easy to start using Salesflare right away. Salesflare can be thought of as a better …
You can think of Salesflare as a smarter Pipedrive. It rocks the same kind of intuitive user experience that is very low-barrier to get going with, but turns it up a notch when it comes handling, enriching and automating data. I've also find it more flexible to integrate with …
Other products we've tried or evaluated have been too complex and/or been "too customizable" in that they do not offer an easy and intuitive path to enabling your sales team right out of the box.
Salesflare does its own thing compared to the others I've tried. It's unique even though it shares many of the main features a CRM should have. Salesforce Lightning is amazing and feature-packed but can often get overwhelming depending on your use case. I never experience any …
Pipedrive was another option but I chose Salesflare for the seamless integration into my regular everyday workflow as well as its ability to integrate with just about any app you can think of. It plays nice with all of my other apps and makes using a CRM actually fun. I love …
If you have a mobile workforce, it likely wouldn't be as appropriate (keep in mind we're using the desktop client, and have very limited experience with the web app). It is well suited if your business needs lots of custom processes- find a good vendor. We utilize SimpleSoft out of Ohio, and they have been excellent. Key question: think about where your business is going to be in 5-10 years, and will this CRM solution be able to grow with us?
Salesflare is recommendable for any business that runs a lean sales setup with a website for lead generation, empowered with maybe cold outreach and/or lead nurturing. Mostly so for small-to-medium sized businesses: they can save a ton of time/money generating more revenue with their human sales efforts, while Salesflare does the rest of the job.
Workflows are easy to create and very effective for bulk messaging.
I like the email templates that I can set up and re-use - very convenient!
The phone app is good - I can access a contact right from my phone and call them. When I make a call, it automatically opens a note for me to create a time-stamped record of the call.
I also like that fact that I can add customized contact and account fields. This is a big help in allowing me to do pretty precise "sorts".
Speed - SalesLogix tends to operate rather clunky (could be my company's deployment) in that it hesistates for long periods between clicks and frequent lockups occur.
User Interface - Difficult to read data at times, the UI is tired looking.
Group View Creation - While a positive, the creation path is very technical for the average user to understand and almost must have programming language capability to complete.
Salesflare automatically captures and organises data about leads so it can effectively surface the ones that require your attention. It also provides you with the tools to do just that. What it doesn't cover as much right now is feeding top of the funnel: I would for example happily pay extra to have a website visitor identification functionality into the mix.
We have too much invested in customizations to walk away from it. Once again, the ability to customize Saleslogix is both a positive and negative attribute. Saleslogix is offering a cloud based solution so they recognize where the future is moving to. Unfortunately it is still an enormous amount of cost, training and functionality to move to that solution. At the time of this writing CustomerFX doesn't have a cloud solution for that quoting module our sales staff depend on. And if we move that direction we will have to pay again to get the cloud based modifications performed. We're on the hamster wheel of technology.
The pipeline, which is the core of the platform, is very clear and full of features. On top of that Salesflare added automations, integrations, plugins and emails. You can easily get your leads there from any platform and nurture your leads until you get the deal done. I think any business can benefit from using this sales CRM.
Hit them on Chat support, and you are gonna get a response within a few minutes (if not in a few hours, during weekends) But they are gonna keep following with you till they make sure that your query has been resolved. Keep it up!
We selected INFOR CRM over Salesforce simply because it was affordable and didn't have so many 'bells & whistles' that Salesforce has that we were not using. We didn't realize that the compatibility with upgrades were going to be such an issue.
The learning curve and ease of use are virtually non-existent, and the interface is straightforward. Other products we've tried or evaluated have been too complicated and customizable. It's easy to start using Salesflare right away. Salesflare can be thought of as a better Pipedrive. With the same easy-to-use, low-barrier approach to getting started, it ups the ante when dealing with data, enriching and automating it.
We're launching a new project where we will be building a sales funnel, including sales metrics and KPIs, sales process, and reporting/dashboarding. This is going to be a huge shift in our thinking and how we manage our sales. I'm expecting a substantial ROI on this work.
We've automated a lot of tasks that required attaching items to emails and duplicating work. For example, instead of attaching sample order picks to an email then sending it to our fulfillment group, we assign them the ticket. All communication is done via the ticket process. Once the order has been shipped, the UPS information is added to the ticket and it is assigned back to the original user for tracking. This has saved us so much time, not only in errors, but in missed orders and trying to get tracking information after the recipient has already not received their package.
We really needed to build in functionality that would allow separation between the different types of teams (procurement, certification, sales, etc) that we've had all trying to use InforCRM vs investing in multiple platforms. This is our fault more than InforCRM, but again, being able to have different 'views' based on department and role would be a really nice improvement for the next update.
I save dozens of hours each month managing new clients and leads, Salesflare easily pays for itself each month
Between the great mobile app and integration with Gsuite, Salesflare is the perfect CRM for the mobile user. I no longer feel chained to a desktop to manage my leads.
I used to have a Love-Hate relationship with CRMs but now actually enjoy using a CRM since using Salesflare and feel like I actually realize the value of using a CRM.
