Lead Lander is great for an organization that is trying to get a better handle on who is visiting their website. Not just the website in general but you can look to see who is visiting each page within a site. This is beneficial when using the data to make digital marketing decisions, especially PPC.

Leadspace simplifies the process of gathering, normalizing, and validating data. As it is a robust tool, it allows us to focus our efforts on creating demand. Because it is the source of truth, we use it to enrich all incoming data and organize records into scales. We would, however, appreciate having more industry-specific data. We are working on combining and unifying various industry data sets so that they can be ingested into their enrichment values.

Pros
  • The dashboard is very nice. I love that it is the first thing you see when you log in.
  • For us, being able to leave notes on organizations is key. That way we know the last time they looked at our information, who contacted the organization and what the conversation entailed. There is never any question of what has happened in the past.
  • I also really enjoy being able to do Lead Scoring. This makes it super easy for the field especially to see who is accessing the pages most important to them. The fact that the colors display in the daily email alerts is really beneficial.

  • Reachforce Smart forms - pumps up conversions with fewer fields, while getting high quality/accurate data company and contact on the back end

  • Reachforce standardization is a lifesaver when doing things like segmenting, direct mail, etc.

Cons
  • We were not aware of the ability to sync with SalesForce and/or LinkedIn with our initial deployment of the product. With more hands on training and even online courses available, Leadlander could increase and accelerate usage of their product

  • Data quality on contact level is not accurate as we would like. I noticed even the data we get from D&B is not as accurate as would like. It is understandable because people change their jobs so frequently in our industry. We received high bounce rate from our email marketing. We did the random review of our own data against their data and found some contacts' info has not been updated and is wrong.
  • Smartforms integration can be tricky for the first time users.
  • I wish they refreshed their data more frequently than quarterly.

Likelihood to Renew
Currently, we have not went out to look for another tool because we are happy with LeadLanders' performance. If we were to be approached by any of their competitors, we would look to investigate the difference and similarities between the tools. In the past, we used a tool that provided images and steps taken to show the route a prospect takes and I found that to be very interesting.

We chose Leadspace after evaluating several other suppliers in part because of their ability to give localized addresses for contacts, enrich with personas, and provide predictive intent data for contacts. Among other things, they've exceeded expectations in all three of these areas and more.

Return on Investment
  • We have won many new customers that visited our website but didn't request a demonstration. Therefore, the return is at least two or three customers a year.
  • I often chase after business that is not a good fit for our product. Many companies are too small or use the wrong platform for our solution.
  • Frequently, we receive prospective leads that can't be identified.
  • It's a great way to come up with new companies that perhaps you didn't think about as leads.

  • Account Management team from Leadspace is very helpful in helping us to understand the product in detail.
  • Enrichment of data based on company and person helps the organisation to plan & execute better.
  • Can get the customized details from Leadspace team based on our needs
  • The feature "persona scoring" helps in defining our key target personas using job titles, job levels and technologies and now when new leads come into our database, they get scored against these personas and this drives a key part of our lead scoring model and campaign segmentation
