Leadspace is a software as a service (SaaS) company that finds leads in social media, contact databases and customer relationship management systems by comparing people's online presence to a vendor's unique ideal buyer profiles. Leadspace is used by inside sales teams for finding new prospects, and by marketing teams for creating targeted lists and for ranking and enriching leads gathered through marketing programs.

Zaius, or Optimizely Data Platform after being acquired by Optimizely in March 2021, was a a customer data platform, or as the vendor describes it, B2C CRM. It helped B2C marketers grow revenue from their existing customer base using segmentation, personalization, marketing automation, and attribution tools. It is discontinued.
Data management in Leadspace is impressive. The incredible tool that we're using makes anything possible; LeadSpace was a big help in CDP accounting. We can better manage our sales and marketing data with the help of
data enrichment. Personalized B2B data enables people to …
We chose Leadspace after evaluating several other suppliers in part because of their ability to give localized addresses for contacts, enrich with personas, and provide predictive intent data for contacts. Among other things, they've exceeded expectations in all three of these …
Leadspace does away with batch-and-blast marketing, which
involves sending messages and campaigns to large groups of people. Its data
management capabilities enable users to access personal B2B data to engage with
Leadspace has a better interface plus the data was more accurate. Plus per license price was also less than demanbase. The demo gave a much better experience and good pricing.
1. This tool and database trumped others because of the flexible way in which they reported the data. 2. The team is helpful in figuring out our needs to give us the information we were looking for. 3. Their Account team is very helpful, responsive & fun to work.
Very much better than ClickFunnels. Doesn't push a lot for sale like the stupidity of ClickFunnels who have those stupid follow ups. No high-intensity sales techniques and better interface and feels much better to interact with salespeople. Leadspace gives a much better …
Our target market is VSBs (very small businesses). We vetted a list of 22K records from our database to various vendors and ReachForce had the highest match rates.
It was much easier and cost-effective for us to implement and use Reachforce than Infutor data solutions. We had a better customer service with Reachforce and their account representatives made sure we were happy with the service they provided from the beginning to end. I …
They are heads and shoulders above the competition. Smart Forms is really important to have to decrease form fields. The competition doesn't have that product. Therefore, you can't decrease the number of fields and increase lead conversion. No customizability of the data that …
Optimizely Data Platform has a friendlier interface than most and feels more custom. If we have an idea we would like to implement, we know that it's possible to do so with ODP - it may take a bit of time and it might not be the most intuitive implementation, but it is …
Optimizely Data Platform is a natural step up from Mailchimp, with a more robust platform designed to help companies with a growing list size and send volume. Similar to Mailchimp, Optimizely Data Platform is super easy to navigate from the get-go. Ultimately, we decided to …
We have a fairly custom business model that includes a subscription membership. Grin wasn't able to tailor their platform to suit our needs. Zaius was able to easily make it happen. We still use Klaviyo as our ESP.
Leadspace simplifies the process of gathering, normalizing, and validating data. As it is a robust tool, it allows us to focus our efforts on creating demand. Because it is the source of truth, we use it to enrich all incoming data and organize records into scales. We would, however, appreciate having more industry-specific data. We are working on combining and unifying various industry data sets so that they can be ingested into their enrichment values.
During high-volume communication times such as Black Friday and the holidays, Optimizely Data Platform's ability to allow us to seamlessly target (or exclude) certain audiences has enabled us to effectively interact with our customers without overdoing things. However, we would like to have the ability to send auto-order updates during peak volume times, as this would alleviate pressure on our customer service department.
Data quality on contact level is not accurate as we would like. I noticed even the data we get from D&B is not as accurate as would like. It is understandable because people change their jobs so frequently in our industry. We received high bounce rate from our email marketing. We did the random review of our own data against their data and found some contacts' info has not been updated and is wrong.
Smartforms integration can be tricky for the first time users.
I wish they refreshed their data more frequently than quarterly.
They finally have gotten on-site recommendations, hooray! I wish it happened sooner, and it is still early in its development, so I would say some things take longer than I would hope to do. But who does not feel that way about everyone? The key here is it gets done, and they keep improving things, which I love.
I would like there to be more opportunities to use it outside of eCommerce. I would love to use it for content-specific sites, but honestly, that is not what it was built for, so I will shut up about that now.
There's so much that needs to be improved and it seems like not much has happened since Optimizely first took over. When Optimizely did take over, they reduced the UX of campaign reporting.
Positive - Onboarding was quick and easy. Positive - Access to a Zaius data analyst has been wonderful. Negative - I don't know who our CSM is if we even have one.
We have a home built CRM. From start to finish our implementation was a nightmare loaded with problems that destroyed my initial trust with the platform.
We chose Leadspace after evaluating several other suppliers in part because of their ability to give localized addresses for contacts, enrich with personas, and provide predictive intent data for contacts. Among other things, they've exceeded expectations in all three of these areas and more.
Optimizely Data Platform has a friendlier interface than most and feels more custom. If we have an idea we would like to implement, we know that it's possible to do so with ODP - it may take a bit of time and it might not be the most intuitive implementation, but it is possible. With other platforms, there is less room for creativity, and many ideas that you may come up with will, unfortunately just not be possible to implement.
Account Management team from Leadspace is very helpful in helping us to understand the product in detail.
Enrichment of data based on company and person helps the organisation to plan & execute better.
Can get the customized details from Leadspace team based on our needs
The feature "persona scoring" helps in defining our key target personas using job titles, job levels and technologies and now when new leads come into our database, they get scored against these personas and this drives a key part of our lead scoring model and campaign segmentation
