Chose LeadsPedia
Previously, we had to use both CAKE and Invoca seperately. Cake for lead tracking, and Invoca for call tracking. Now we only have to use one platform, Leadspedia. It's much more user friendly, and makes campaign setup incredibly simple. Wish we would've switched to Leadspedia …
I've evaluated several other lead and call tracking platforms, which include PX, CallRail, Impact, CAKE and HasOffers. LeadsPedia offers a broader suite of tools to streamline workflows. What's more, they've show a strong willingness to accommodate new feature requests at every …
I believe that the way in which Marchex solutions are shown leaves you with a secure feeling that the service is accessible and easy to understand. This makes you choose it even among other platforms with more marketing disclosure. Undoubtedly, it is the service that makes you …
The client selected Marchex, and we were expected to use it. Overall, if you're solely looking for call-tracking, there are other, cheaper partners to work with. If you have an enterprise-level client that may need additional features like call-marketplace, ad placements, etc, …
marchex is a simple program to get call tracking numbers, voice recording, and data about calls. This is the only software we have used for call tracking, however, it has fulfilled our needs. It is very helpful when a client says they aren't getting calls or aren't getting …
There is no comparison. Marchex offers better customer service, a better product, and more options. It it so much more in depth, easier to use, and has a better looking interface. We switched from Mongoose Metrics to Marchex because Marchex integrated better and easier into our …
I'd have zero hesitation on recommending LeadsPedia to my colleagues. Their platform has proven to be a lifesaver for Vivint. Their customer support is fantastic, and their platform features and functionality are second to none. I've evaluated numerous platforms, but none seem to have the comprehensive suite of tools that are necessary for brands that buy both web leads and calls from the affiliate ecosystem
Marchex does a fantastic job of offering stable and consistent Call Analytics data along with friendly, helpful, and prompt service reps. Where Marchex falls short is the lack of great user experience and intuitive design.
Marchex is really great at recording calls. Our clients can see if there are any internal issues to address with their own employees and systems in place. Many clients believed that the message was the issue but once they were able to listen to their calls, they saw that they needed more internal training on closing leads and making sales.
Marchex is a really great solution to gauge the effectiveness of a message and which medium was more effective in delivering that message. For instance, we can let our clients know if their sales pitch worked best for driving leads through radio, tv, internet, etc.
I'd love to see LeadsPedia modernize its user interface. The UI already intuitive, but it looks a little outdated.
I'd love to see LeadsPedia continue integrating with new solution provides in the marketplace. They've done this well, but they should continue these efforts.
I'd love to see LeadsPedia build out a robust knowledgebase to educate end users on all of their features and functionality.
We renew Marchex each year, we love it! It's a great investment. It's woven into a few of our products that we offer our clients so we wouldn't stop using it any time soon. The clients are big fans of it
Previously, we had to use both CAKE and Invoca seperately. Cake for lead tracking, and Invoca for call tracking. Now we only have to use one platform, Leadspedia. It's much more user friendly, and makes campaign setup incredibly simple. Wish we would've switched to Leadspedia ages ago.
I believe that the way in which Marchex solutions are shown leaves you with a secure feeling that the service is accessible and easy to understand. This makes you choose it even among other platforms with more marketing disclosure. Undoubtedly, it is the service that makes you sure of the purchase.
Overall, like all call tracking, Marchex allows for determining what, if any, leads are coming through from channels. It hasn't lead to increasing ROI, just tracking it.
The cost for Marchex is generally more expensive than other call-tracking software in the space. That being said, some of their features maybe a good addition for these businesses. However, the cost isn't as competitive.
I do not have any complaints with the performance of Marchex, only with their on-rails experience, which tries to drive more people into more features than are necessary.
