Less Annoying CRM is so much easier to use and is at least as powerful if not more in the areas that matter to me as a small business owner. The way you do things in Less Annoying CRM are the ways that common sense would dictate you do them. It doesn't overcomplicate things …
No CRM comes ready to run out of the box. But Less Annoying CRM is close to it. It all comes down to your needs . To get started Less Annoying CRM is by far the fastest and easiest route. Less Annoying CRM doesn't have all the bells and jingles rather more or less what you …
Simpler and more versatile than Pipedrive, where I actually get to speak with a customer service rep rather than be provided instructional recorded videos when I need help.
The name says it all. Less Annoying CRM is less annoying. I don't have to invest vast amounts of time learning or bypassing features I will never use. I don't have to pay for those features either. Less Annoying CRM is much more intuitive, so I don't have to waste type learning …
We chose Less Annoying CRM because when searching for a good CRM, we found this program had everything we needed at an affordable rate. When you are a private business owner, you have several business expenses, so to get everything we needed in the price range that was also …
HubSpot has a huge selection of tools, reports, integrations and supports that Less Annoying does not have. It is not comparable in price or functionality - but I am comparing it because it was the last CRM I used before I used Less Annoying, and it made me realize that if you …
Insightly turned out to be so rigid, it did not meet our needs. They were very hard to get in contact with, never by placing a call. And they have questionable business practices, forced us into paying for another year of service we had no intention of using. Their product …
I stopped using Salesforce because it has way too much stuff in it that I would never use. I consider LACRM a client management tool as well as a CRM, I don't need it to follow trends, forecast, or mass email. I am sure it may have some capabilities of these features but I will …
I used ACT! heavily in the 1990's to great success in my sales/account management job. It was a great tool at the time. But it seems ACT! hasn't kept up with the market and the current reviews reflect it - "clunky," "out of date," "cumbersome" were common in many of the …
I did not like Salesforce because it was over engineered for what a sales person. The cells were too small to read easily when entering contacts. There were lots of irrelevant cells in the contact form. Required fields (I know this was our administrator) were excessive and not …
keap does better if you want to spend the money to create fully automated campaigns. If you want a CRM that helps manage prospect and clients Less Annoying CRM wins
Less Annoying CRM is easier to use than all of the CRMs that I listed here, but I’m sure all those other ones have a place for those companies and I’m sure that they optimize the data flow and all that other good stuff. Frankly, Less Annoying CRM is just so much easier and …
We just felt like ACT was being to feel archaic and simply for storage of information. I was tasked with finding an alternative, and found Less Annoying CRM while searching and comparing options. This will probably be my lasting legacy long after I retire from the company! …
I have used 5 separate CRM's in my career and Less Annoying CRM is the best due to it's simplicity and scope of knowledge that can be stored and retrieved. The amazing thing is it COSTS LESS. Tech support is great and you don't need to hire an outside firm to fix or set up …
Less Annoying CRM is far less expensive and not burdened with lots of useless (for me) features. It has exactly what I need and is very easy to use. Further, tech support is easily accessed and available.
I haven't used any other CRM, but from what I've heard from other's that have, other CRM's are much more expensive and they don't offer the sale level of customer support that Salesmate does.
Salesmate was a good trade-off in pricing, features and possibilites: we started with a very simple pipeline management and then we slowly added some new features that we were already paying for in the basic/pro level. No need to upgrade to higher cost solutions to have full …
Salesmate is more individualised and significantly more impactful for the individual user whereas Salesforce is better at reporting and more applicable for upper management rather than daily use and workflow management.
I did brief this at the start itself. Salesmate is a simple tool, which is easy to understand, easy to navigate, easy to automate your own process, easy to configure and execute things without manually feeding it everything with all details. The simple point is - Email Outlook …
I was using the free version of Hubspot, which was extremely limiting. If I wanted to go ahead and unlock a simple feature, which every other CRM offered, my price would shoot up to hundreds of dollars a month for no reason, as they force you to unlock “all the features” not …
Salesmate is head and shoulders above these other systems when you weigh the price to features. Salesmate is simple to navigate and is packed with useful everyday features; all included at the same price. The standard features in Salesmate are additional or nonexistent features …
Salesmate is way better at keeping organized, creating call lists, and keeping track of won and lost deals. I spent years trying to organize blitz to no avail and that's why we made the move to Salesmate.
I am fairly decent with computers but I don't like dealing with things that are overly complicated. I loved Salesmate because it had all of the features we needed to manage clients, but not a bunch of extra stuff you never use. Customization of the system was easy and it didn't …
Salesmate is more user-friendly than the above. We enjoy the simplistic functions rather than too many moving parts that confuse our staff. Salesmate keeps all of the important features that you would look for in a CRM. However, if you are looking for more features you can …
In our quest to streamline our sales effort and
consolidate our siloed data, we evaluated various CRM's out there in the market
and zeroed on to Salesmate, some of the features we really liked, are the
The mobile feature is not available with Creatio Manual dialing with Freshsales CRM no power dialer Customizable
but fairly detailed (more focused on quotation management) Knowledge base not available with Mothernode
Very similar in overall layout and user experience...but the features blow these others out of the water. Where alternative solutions had features either lacking or as an upgrade (ie having to spend an extra $10-$30/month/user) Salesmate has these features out-of-the-box.
Every call, chat and email creates a support ticket which is usually 24-48 hours for a response. I accomplished more with Salesmate support than I did with a month of the entire Fresh Works Suite. Also - all components are separate with Freshworks i.e. contacts to not sync …
I have looked at trial versions of most of the major CRM's most of which did NOT have a VOIP component. The ones that did poorly worked and were buggy. I extensively looked at Bitrix24 (lacks certain functionality), worked with LessAnnoyingCRM integrated with SIMPLII VOIP …
Compared to Hubspot, Salesmate just provides so much more for less. It misses some of the marketing stuff that Hubspot has but personally I never needed them because I use a different software for that anyway.
Less Annoying CRM is an excellent system for us as we log everything we do with a customer and has easy access to the imfromation later. May sound "of course" but this is by far the easiest CRM I've ever worked with during my 30 years in sales. Follow-up and scheduling is easy managable as well as designing forms and fields our selves. Less Annoying CRM has a good list of plug'ins to other software for integrational puposes. Most important to us is support when needed. Less Annoying CRM excels in its support. Don't hesitate, it doesn't do everything, but get started and get surprised
Salesmate gives us everything we need as a small business, with a clear interface, and can adapt to any business. If I was being ultra picky, I would perhaps suggest the ability to remove or hide certain modules not applicable to our niche, e.g., we are a B2C business, so the company module is not really useable for us, but this is not a negative by any means.
Ease of moving calendar / action items around, closing out
Customer service is extremely responsive, they don't hide behind a "contact us" form on their website as so many companies seem to do. You can readily reach them by phone!
The one thing I was looking for is a place to manage multiple businesses with one project. Like if I am selling a "summer camp guide," I would like to have info for sales in one place with multiple contacts and businesses. LACRM customer service provided a workaround for me by suggesting I set up a specific pipeline for each project and them put each business in there. It is working great and, actually, a much better way to manage the project than I have originally intended.
I really don't have anything else to add. LACRM is perfect for us.
The search feature can be buggy and does not allow for highlighted text to be typed on. You must clear the box or hit backspace before typing. The only app in my life that does this.
The dashboard button is pointless if it still makes you choose between legacy or classic.
Very happy with the customer service and the overall functionality of the program. With new features always being launched and discussed I'm looking fwd to growing with them
I knew nothing about CRMs, and within a day of purchasing Less Annoying CRM, I was able to set up my contacts list with custom fields. After a brief call to Customer Service, I was able to set up my first pipelines and understand how to use them. This CRM is so simple to use, and extremely versatile.
The platform is incredibly robust while maintaining a clean appearance. This allows you to see exactly what you need at any given time without being overwhelmed. The ability to customize your dashboard easily allows you to see the information that is most relevant to your operations and needs.
Customer support is fantastic with these guys, they’re always very prompt to answer, and the team is very personable and easy to work with. I can’t really say much more than that, my interactions have been fairly limited, but what interactions I had, I can see without a shadow of a doubt they were very enjoyable and swift in resolving my issues.
Fantastic - always reply in a reasonable amount of time, usually with a simple fix. The support website is very handy, but often you will likely have 'niche' questions - to which the team are all to happy to help with. For larger issues, we have had to lodge tickets with tech, but to date, every issue we have had has been resolved. Very happy with the support and service.
After explaining that I was moving from Salesforce and the problems I was encountering, they took over and implemented the data in such a quick and efficient way, I was looking for the other shoe to drop but they did an amazing job so very impressed
Less Annoying CRM is so much easier to use and is at least as powerful if not more in the areas that matter to me as a small business owner. The way you do things in Less Annoying CRM are the ways that common sense would dictate you do them. It doesn't overcomplicate things to show how smart the engineers that designed it were.
I was using the free version of Hubspot, which was extremely limiting. If I wanted to go ahead and unlock a simple feature, which every other CRM offered, my price would shoot up to hundreds of dollars a month for no reason, as they force you to unlock “all the features” not just the ones you need. Salesmate is much better, as you can choose which features you want, and don’t want.
Not just storage of information, but utilizing that information to build stronger relationships with clients
Because it's web-based, we can be at our desk or on the road and still have the full functionality of the CRM at our fingertips, which helps us keep focusing on sales!
