Considered Both Products	Sinch (formerly CLX Communications) Verified User Chose Mailjet Much cheaper than Marketo and Pardot. And better security ratings than Campaign Monitor. I can't evaluate the integration with Salesforce; we use list management in Mailjet directly. I have been working with Marketo, Pardot, and Mailjet in the past. Mailjet's key difference is … Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Mailjet To date we haven't used Mailgun for all that long so I cannot comment just yet Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Mailjet At first I thought Mailjet is cheap in price. But finally, the lacking of support makes it worth not a penny. Incentivized Helpful? Ronnie Rask Director of Marketing in Marketing at Subtle Events (Entertainment, 11-50 employees) Chose Mailjet The only real incentive to use Mailjet over Mailchimp is the price. They offer a better priced solution. A large email list can be very expensive but with Mailjet it was affordable. Only not worth the customer service lack that comes along with it. Incentivized Helpful? Stephen Hamilton Digital Marketing Manager in Marketing at QIS Packaging (Packaging & Containers, 11-50 employees) Chose Mailjet Mailjet was much easier to set up, and much more affordable for us than other solutions we evaluated, such as SendGrid. SendGrid may be better suited for organizations with larger volumes or more technical staff, but for us, Mailjet was a superior solution at this time. We also … Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Mailjet Mautic is a more sophisticated application than Mailjet, but it's also way harder to setup. It connects with existing contact forms, which Mailjet doesn't, but then again Mautic is way more expensive. AWeber stinks in my opinion. I found it difficult to use, expensive and … Incentivized Helpful? Ramón Carmona Medina Co-Founder and CMO in Marketing at Bussi (Transportation/Trucking/Railroad, 11-50 employees) Chose Mailjet Mailjet is just pretty straightforward there is no more "rocket science" needed to create/design templates for general marketing campaigns or for automation campaigns. For general campaigns, it can be compared with Mailchimp or Active, and yes maybe in my particular opinion Acti… Incentivized Helpful? Pashminu Mansukhani CEO in Corporate at Digital Studio (Media Production, 1-10 employees) Chose Mailjet The pricing is very competitive and the fact that the database filters are not very strict makes life easy for small and medium business owners to reach out to current clients as well as prospective clients for business purposes and lead following. Mailchimp had too many … Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Mailjet I find Mailjet much more user-friendly than Mailchimp. It is simpler to enter new contacts that I have made into the system. Entering graphics and plugging in text with cut and paste from another application works much better and maintains a good format. Mailjet is just much … Incentivized Helpful? Jen Lyles Lead Ignitor in Marketing at FireSign Inc. (Printing, 1-10 employees) Chose Mailjet I have used Mailchimp, Constant Contact, and a few others. To be honest, I prefer the Mailchimp platform, BUT where Mailjet outdoes all of the competition is in the quantity of emails sent. They deliver where others don't, including with the ease of reviewing their "Reports". … Incentivized Helpful? Matthew Gardner Director of Customer Success at RouteThis (Computer Software, 11-50 employees) Chose Mailjet HubSpot mail is very clunky. Definitely not focused on mail as a core competency. Just not as built up and not equipped to mail in these volumes. Mailchimp feels and works more like a tool for smaller brands. Maybe they have a different enterprise tour but it didn't feel bent … Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Mailjet The free version offers more flexibility, and the interface is easier to navigate. Unlike competitors, Mailjet immediately offers an ability to add alternative text when adding an image to a campaign, which is required for our organization to meet ADA compliance. Great preview … Incentivized Helpful? Verified User Chose Mailjet Its email layout are very well designed for my products. They are very much relate-able. So I always prefer to use it for building customer relationship even after our sales process. My CRM team utilize this software effectively for proper communication with our clients.
