Zoho recruit also provides options for add-ons such as a client portal ($6/license/month) and video interviews ($12/license/month).
We wanted to bring in the function of the manager interaction from our requirements as other ATS are kind of static and sometimes the updates are delayed. This down time would cost our speed to market since there was a clog with the updates. I want to say it stacks up fairly …
We already had a relationship with peoplefluent and were offered assistance through implementation and deployment. We couldn't walk away from our current vendor.
Out of the VMS's listed, I'd say PeopleFluent is solidly in the middle. Fieldglass and IQN are probably easier to navigate and more modern looking, and I definitely don't run into the login problems with them. Beeline and PRO Wand are probably on par with PeopleFluent. They …
PeopleFluent had an easier degree of use in screening and Talent Acquisition than others I have used. I would highly recommend PeopleFluent. It takes minimal training and can quickly get it up and running.
Its great, its very versatile and stacks up very well against the competition. In terms of usability and ease of use, anyone can quickly learn how to use PeopleFluent. Again, the faults against the system would be when a client who is running the tool customizes it to their …
I like the ease of Peoplefluent and I like how we can have questions for certain areas to screen candidates before considering to bring them in for an interview.
In my opinion Peoplefluent better fit our needs for flexibility and "total package". Peoplefluent's Compensation, Performance and Succession platforms work quite well with each other. Additionally the administrative features and requirements are easy to grasp and very flexible.
The main difference maker for us was pricing. Zoho's pricing was much more competitive for a company our size. We also liked that we could try the software before committing to it.
Zohorecruit is the best platform for small and mid-sized companies. It will help us to save lots of time in the recruitment and hiring journey. We have used Oorwin also in the past, but this is much better than the Oorwin, and it's very robust and easy to use, and the site is …
I was first introduced to Zoho Recruit by a colleague. I was impressed by the ease of use and pricing. I've been a happy user of Zoho for 3+ years now. I have been checking out Loxo because I have friends in the industry that rave about it.
I do not have much familiarity with other products, but Zoho Recruit has worked very well [with] our team, and we have had successful hires. I know we have also used Recruit CRM and have had success with this tool as well, but it does not integrate into the other Zoho products, …
The ability to modify different fields, the accuracy of parsing is efficient, and the ease of implementation and support makes Zoho Recruit a standout platform. From the pricing tiers they have for different businesses and organizations plus the ratings we saw for the …
Zoho Recruit is surely at par with workable and LinkedIn jobs, but [lags] behind in terms of new candidate discovery. Also, it mostly always is the second one to get new features that other tools try and that work for them. But overall, it's a fast, simple and easy to use tool.
Zoho Recruit is way better than any other softwares simply because it integrates with other Zoho products. If you use other zoho products, then this is a no brainer.
We didn't use another software before so we are very happy we found Zoho Recruit. It is way better than not using a software. The price is reasonable and makes things very easy.
I've only selected Zoho Recruit because that is the Applicant Tracking System my current company uses. I would actually choose Lever over Zoho Recruit because they send me notifications if I've set a reminder in the past, while Zoho does not. You have to just check what tasks …
Zoho Recruit provides us with the opportunity to post unlimited jobs, manage the entire recruiting process, integrate with job boards, and have a career site- at a low cost. They continue to add on new features and work with staffing agencies to create tailor-made tech …
Zoho Recruit is far superior to all the other tools I evaluated. It alows for a ton of customization across the application. Templates and automated workflows allow for streamlining processes. It has integrations with several Zoho products and external tools, including …
Zoho Recruit stacks up on the price and quality of service. We are a small business and our budget is limited. We are looking for the most out of our business and looking to scale the business with the right resources for the job.
We evaluated Zoho Recruit first, and we found it suitable for our needs. We have used it now for over a year. We chose this application because we wanted to reduce most of the manual work done by the HR team, but after one year we have not been able to fully operationalize the …
Zoho has everything that you can want in a recruiting software. From on time support and a vast expansion available to fit yout needs. It is very flexible.
Arithon is a widely used system, it is similar in functionality, but much more expensive. Salesforce has a system also, but once again is very expensive, and too cumbersome, might be better for very large organizations. We have viewed other systems, such as Firefish, but again …
I have used both Bullhorn CRM and Zoho. Both are very good products. However, the price point for Zoho is much less than that of Bullhorn. That being said you don't have all the support or customization options in Zoho that we had in Bullhorn. In this case - since we simply …
Bullhorn and RDB were much advanced and maybe better suited to large agencies, however the costs for them is significantly higher. Workable I didn't think was helpful at all in managing vacancies, in fact it seemed pretty useless. Zoho had the best features at the most …
Zoho is far superior in my opinion to all other systems and can not be beat for the price point. This system has everything a business owner could ask for and with half the price. I would highly encourage any recruiter or staffing firm to take a look at this platform.
PeopleFluent has eliminated the use of paper reviews. It is also eliminated the use of scanning, emailing or interoffice mail. It is a great tool for communication and I highly recommend it. However, in some ways, the product can be improved. Some processes are tied to each other and could function in tandem. For example, while completing the self-review, the employee has to capture multi-raters. If self-review is submitted without listing multi-rater names then multi-rater review has to be captured separately on paper. In my opinion, these two processes can be different. Multi-raters should be added/removed/modified after submitting self-review.
With the business I am in I have to be able to search and reach potential candidates from hours away due to the scope of the contract we have covering a solid couple hundred sq. miles of the state; so being able to have a software that can search, sort, rank, and suggest candidates without having to spend ours of time or driving hours for an interview I can connect with one person and make a decision and have the software there for them and send an email or two with the steps and instructions and 5 minutes later be doing the same for another candidate hours away without even needing to leave the office or even from home and knowing that I'm able to monitor and adjust the steps or make adjustments along the way and being able to trust that it is choosing quality candidates and able to help me hire the right people to do my job to keep my contractors and homeowners safe is amazing for our business.
Like other HR-based services, Zoho Recruit allows you to track the behavior of candidates during the execution of your hiring process, so that you can create constant notes of any problems that may arise and that may prevent a proper job.
The relationship between employers and candidates can be measured, which is excellent for creating reports on the development of each hiring process, and employees can then be evaluated on their ability to manage and communicate correctly with each candidate under their direct care.
Hiring sessions can be recorded using a variety of methods. It does not necessarily have to be done using an audiovisual recording tool (which is possible through different integrations) but a convenient recording system that allows you to note down important data, and where even the candidate's photographs can be saved.
We believe that some features of Zoho Recruit's support service could be improved, although this is probably a general service by the Zoho team for all their programs. The staff is not sufficiently explanatory, and therefore we have not been able to meet our expectations for troubleshooting.
We like that using Zoho Recruit is so convenient, and that it interfaces well with the other services that the entire Zoho suite has to offer: Zoho Recruit is a good alternative for human resources, which shows a reliable and easy-to-manage operability, so that all registration and follow-up processes are simple.
I would advise better filtering options when pulling up candidate profiles, we should have multiple functions when requesting candidates profile.
Sometimes I get huge projects and need to move more than 20 people, it's a headache moving groups in parts.
A faster way to verify if a candidate has been double submitted, maybe with a unique ID or email that identifies said candidate prior to going through the whole submission process.
Stronger cache cookies when session is timed out get kicked out and the process reboots. Sometimes recruiters are pulled in different directions while multitasking.
When searching for a name, it brings up much too broad of a list.
Adding candidates from LinkedIn sometimes has a lengthy delay and takes up to 2 minutes to be able to search from them, though I have found a workaround by navigating to the home page to find activity of adding a candidate.
Would be helpful if it were more intuitive with adding duplicates.
PeopleFluent continues to develop an already high quality product and works to continually improve the user experience. The different modules integrate well, and the administrative functions are easy to understand and perform resulting in less time spent with KTLO functions. They provide world class customer service and work hard to keep you engaged as a customer.
We have evaluated every other ATS on the market, and do so every 1-2 years just to make sure we aren't missing out on anything better, and found that Zoho offers more functionality than any ATS with a per-recruiter-price under $100. Once it introduces automated job alerts and candidate login functionality there will be no reason for us to look elsewhere.
PeopleFluent seems to have all the functionality one would need, but it can be a bit overwhelming. Depending on the client implementation, it can be downright confusing and not intuitive. My 6 rating comes from the fact that it seems like the system can be configured to actually be confusing and not make sense. I think a VMS should be set up not to allow a customer to configure it in such a way as to not really work, or to allow users to circumvent steps. I also really don't like the "organization key" that needs to be entered every time you log in. Why is a login and password good enough for 99% of the systems out there, but PeopleFluent requires an extra field?
In my experience, the support team was very prompt and helpful. They had good subject matter expertise and were able to troubleshoot immediately. At times we wanted some enhancements but it was not possible due to product limitations. But, the support team was helpful in suggesting alternatives for our requirements. The customer support staff was also very polite and friendly.
I give Zoho Recruit this rating because over all, it has helped me to organize my candidates and saved me time and energy in organizing them myself. Without Zoho Recruit, I simply would not be able to keep my talent pool straight, and it certainly gets the job done. I took off a couple points because if I download a resume after already inputting the candidate into Zoho, it won't automatically sync the two profiles up. It also does not remind me when a task is expired.
Out of the VMS's listed, I'd say PeopleFluent is solidly in the middle. Fieldglass and IQN are probably easier to navigate and more modern looking, and I definitely don't run into the login problems with them. Beeline and PRO Wand are probably on par with PeopleFluent. They have their plusses and minuses in terms of navigation and ease of use. Covendis is definitely worse than PeopleFluent. Covendis is a mess - very difficult to navigate, not intuitive at all with terrible workflow. Again, I didn't select PeopleFluent; my client did, and I have chosen to work with them, therefore I work with PeopleFluent.
Zoho Recruit is far superior to all the other tools I evaluated. It alows for a ton of customization across the application. Templates and automated workflows allow for streamlining processes. It has integrations with several Zoho products and external tools, including Zapier. It provides a set of APIs to use with it. It allows for to-do lists with reminders. It allows for storage of all documents shared by candidates, including assignments. It allows you to create customized offer letters for candidates and keep track of them through the application. None of these capabilites are available in the other tools that I experimented with
I do believe that goal setting and the workflow of following up, going through the process yearly is as good as you make it. If you set good goals, or help your team make good goals then the experience can go well. Otherwise it's just another thing that an employee is doing to make their manager happy.
I am not sure the cost of the product, but if it is really expensive I am not sure that we are getting fully what we should be for what the product offers. Make sure you are using what is offered.
