Good Sourcing tool and social media posting tool with the enterprise license. We are a small agency (2 recruiter)and so the cost for enterprise license isn't great but the enterprise license is the license we need.

Pros

  • Job postings on Google search is awesome
  • Streamlined parsing of resumes
  • Boolean Key word Sea h
  • Folder Sharing with the application is great

Cons

  • Pricing needs to be adjusted, have more flexibility with options.
  • Sometimes the custom "From Address" gets spammed out of candidate emails.
  • Custom reporting is difficult and complicated to use

Return on Investment

  • Saves us money (3000.00)not having to purchase LinkedIn
  • We are able to sift thru more resumes quickly. We sometimes get 500 + resumes per listing
  • Mass Email feature allows us to get to our best candidates as well as folks that aren't a great fit. So candidate experience is better.

Zoho Recruit is the best ATS platform developed for mid and small-sized companies. It will help us to source candidates from all integrated platforms and track and hire the best candidates. You can customize everything in Zoho as per your convenience, and you can get reports for everything.

Excellent Recruiting Software Zoho Recruit meets our recruiting needs in a very unique way. We were able to customize the features the way we want and it automates processes for the organization. It's very easy. It navigates well. Self-explanatory. Even for a computer dummy. It would be perfect if a Romanian translation was available.

Excellent low-cost CRM/ATS

We use Zoho Recruit as our standalone ATS/CRM for both business development, client management and everything candidate related. Zoho Recruit takes care of everything for us in a nice, neat package that also happens to be cost effective.
