The simple and effective working of the software is what we felt different from the others. There is no need for a thrid party support to do 90% of the functions and if at all there is some problem, thier support team is there to help. And it is good value for money.

Preno - Hotel Management Software is perfect for a small to medium-sized hotel starting to work with software. With the amazing customer service, the implementation will be quick and the simplicity of the software is easy to get used to. The software is not compatible with all the accounting software so the one already being used may not be integrated.

• Excellent for sending out sales campaigns. • Drip email features are great. • The automations are great. • If someone outside the hotel/hospitality industry asked about Revinate, I would likely recommend a different CRM.

  • Staff need to know how to use SiteMinder.
  • Preno failed miserably at onboarding our business.
  • Up to 21 hours to respond to chats, and phones often go unanswered.
  • Poor linkage with Xero. Cost me over $3000 for an accountant to undo Xero issues after I spent hours going through the setup with someone from Preno.
  • I purchased this for ease with Xero. This is absolutely false as Preno staff were unable to link it to Xero properly.

  • Streamline how we answer reviews further. I feel like we should not have to log into Revinate and log into third party sites to answer reviews. Revinate would have partnerships with these third parties to streamline the review answering process.
  • I also don't like how Revinate will not give direct access to Wyndham franchise users. We have to log into a MyPortal account and then into Revinate using the MyPortal link. It would be more efficient to have direct access and capabilities.
  • Make your report creation area user-friendly. You don't offer much training or help assistance in learning to create reports.

Revinate is perfect for our small-to-medium sized hotel clients who do not need a more advanced ESP. If you have a larger client that needs more advanced features, I would suggest using Salesforce. If you require more in-depth reporting and automation features for a small to mid sized client, Mailchimp is also a great choice. I do not recommend TravelClick for any clients.

  • It has had a huge return on investment in terms of letting the software do the work for you.
  • On the other hand, I would like to see more integration. It is slowly taking shape. Which is great for a business our size.
