Revinate is a hotel reputation management tool, with email marketing tools, surveys for customer feedback (to drive reviews to Google and TripAdvisor), and a dashboard to monitor all online reviews and social media mentions.
Some key questions would include how many users need to view the reviews, what functionality is given to the various users and how often the reviews need to be delivered. Those were important options for us in choosing this platform. Knowing we could customize the reports for each user was a nice feature.
Revinate is a great platform for smaller-sized hotels who do not need the advanced functionalities of a larger ESP like Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You do not need coding experience, but if you would like to custom-code your emails you can do so. The automation features leave room for improvement as does its reporting features
Review Trackers has a great support team! Any questions or concerns I had were answered promptly and handled quickly!
Review Trackers makes requesting reviews more professional with their customized templates. They also make it easy to direct patients to whichever particular review sites we'd like them to review on.
Review Trackers has made monitoring our online traffic and reviews much easier. The dashboard is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Review Trackers is great with their email notifications. I love getting to work and seeing that a new review has been left!
I wish reviews came in immediately. I know there are technical challenges for doing this, but it would allow my team to respond to customers immediately rather than sometimes having to wait until the next day.
I'd like to be able to manage users through locations, meaning I want to open a location in the dashboard and manage users from there rather than managing locations from the user management section. This would make it a little easier to make sure that the right users have been assigned to the right locations.
Audits of review site URLs set for my locations should be automated. I have to go in every so often to make sure everything is still accurate. If accurate URLs are not set reviews will not be pulled.
Streamline how we answer reviews further. I feel like we should not have to log into Revinate and log into third party sites to answer reviews. Revinate would have partnerships with these third parties to streamline the review answering process.
I also don't like how Revinate will not give direct access to Wyndham franchise users. We have to log into a MyPortal account and then into Revinate using the MyPortal link. It would be more efficient to have direct access and capabilities.
Make your report creation area user-friendly. You don't offer much training or help assistance in learning to create reports.
No complaints. For a great price, we get exactly what we need out of it. Templates for review requests, as well as the ability to monitor the requests coming in and what our patients are saying about our services. It also gives the patients easy access to a direct link to review sites.
It was super easy to access the dashboard and view everything that was going on. I also love the review request template ... it's great at the end of the week starting to see reviews come in.
They are always there when I need them, and there has never been an issue with the support team. They are prompt with their responses and always very polite and eager to help me out. I also frequently have them asking me if there is anything additional they can do, which I greatly appreciate
We did some internet searches for a product like this and we found that review trackers had what we were looking for. I was able to call the day I decided to move forward with the product and arrange for a demo. I signed up the same day and am very satisfied with the outcome.
Revinate is perfect for our small-to-medium sized hotel clients who do not need a more advanced ESP. If you have a larger client that needs more advanced features, I would suggest using Salesforce. If you require more in-depth reporting and automation features for a small to mid sized client, Mailchimp is also a great choice. I do not recommend TravelClick for any clients.
ReviewTrackers has met each expectation we have set with ease. We've been able to maintain a more visible presence in the public review space, showing our past and potential guests we are engaged and take their feedback seriously.
We are able to set goals for our properties to try and receive a higher score year over year for specific platforms and this wouldn't be possible without ReviewTrackers ability to have the entirety of each property's historical data.
