I personally did not ever recommend the selection of Adobe Social as I did not feel it was suitable for our needs. Having now reviewed the products I've listed here, we have decided to switch over to Hootsuite Enterprise as that appears (on the surface) to be the best fit for us.
Hootsuite enterprise is superior in many ways, but the biggest factor is probably that it is constantly evolving and adding new features, working directly with social media companies ahead of new releases. Adobe seems to have stopped developing their product.

That version of Hootsuite you can't even edit posts on separate channels prior to scheduling or posting. Analytics isn't as easy to use. Overall, not a great product in comparison.
Our company selected Adobe Social for a way to have social posts be approved by managers and client before approval. It is very good in this arena. It terms of moderation, Hootsuite Pro is much more streamlined of a view and the analytics are more usable.
I didnt have the option to select it for this client. They came to us with this tool. I believe it's quality and has a lot to offer in terms of really driving Social ROI with an integration with bitly.

For intricate, complex organizations who dynamically fuse social and digital - Adobe Social is great. A methodical approach to social and its integration to other aspects of the company is needed. Furthermore, there must be buy in for many departments and the aptitude in those departments to learn how to use the tool - and then actually do it. There are many hurdles for most companies. It is NOT a tool for fast-paced social brands who want to react and measure in real time.
Any large organization that is looking to have an effective social media presence and achieve outcomes through advertising would be benefited by using Sprinklr [Modern Sales & Engagement]. The system allows a streamlined way to see how your audience is responding to your posts and advertisements online. It would not be well suited for a company that is not engaged with a social media presence.

Overall, Sprinklr rewards users to do a lot of digging on their own to get to the more in-depth functionalities. For instance, the asset manager feature leads you to a dashboard with all the content you ever published but doesn't tell you what to do next or how to organize it
Sprinklr offers basic social listening features, but it is much more limited than other pure social listening players like Crimson Hexagon or Brandwatch. It is perfectly usable for a quick search but I wouldn't recommend it as your sole social listening platform
I wasn't in charge of making the actual management decision, but I would absolutely renew Adobe Social. As I mentioned, it provides strong and in-depth analytics and listening tools. I really do feel that Sprinklr is the most complete enterprise social media program. It covers everything you would need to do to run a strategic social media program. On top of that, the success managers are really the best. Our success manager goes above and beyond for us and has been so helpful to us with setting up some very specific repots and profiles. The reason why I give this rating is that the overall platform is simple to use. You don't need to be tech-savvy or have a vast understanding of how to work a marketing tool. It is very simple to use compared to different platforms and you learn a lot of different ways to build your business.
The user interface, training via Sprinklr university and detailed articles on almost every topic in the knowledge portal make Sprinklr a complete package. This is also GDPR compliant, helping us stay good with the info security. The layout of the navigation is easy and anyone new to the tool won't be overwhelmed

Perfornace is not aan issue. The issues/bugs with this software are few and far between. And when one pops up the 24/7 support team is helpful, quick and informative.
The reason why I give this a 9 out of 10 in terms of support is because of the mobile app functionality. I have had many issues in terms of logging in and also loading pages. The app overall is easy to use but at what cost? Other than that it is great and I still enjoy Adobe Social.
Sprinklr Modern Engagement is great for workflow and approvals, especially between teams or in-house/agency relationships. It is not well suited for smaller businesses or companies that have one account per platform. It seems like the functions would be too robust for a small business to handle. If there was an SMB version that would have got a 10 from me.
I don't recall our training in detail. I know we met in person a few times, and did some over-the-phone product walk-throughs. It may have been somewhat informal -- I don't recall having any takeaways to refer to.
Training was long and a little confusing. While a number of features carried over, they were still covered in this elongated training. It would have been nice to have training tailored to experience level with the product.
Through multiple webinars, easily accessible training documents, and ad-hoc sessions with my account manager I am never left in the dark when I have a question.
The implementation was done during our POC. We had a very mixed experience here, and have had some issues arise since based on the way the tool was implemented. An Adobe employee went ahead and made a change to our account that was unauthorized (helpful for our implementation) which caused issues in on boarding another team who needed the same change, but could not get it done without costly Adobe certification
The implementation personnel at Sprinklr are top-notch. They will work with you to make sure they setup Sprinklr in a way that best aligns with your structural needs

Adobe Social did not create greater efficiencies and speed up our activity within social media. In fact, it has done the oppposite. It is very cumbersome with little clear benefit.
