Our Customer Advocate and Implementation Teams do use CloudApp. It seems similar, but less applicable for sales. Vidyard has awesome Salesforce and HubSpot integrations! The only thing Loom has in its favor is the free version seems to allow you to download some videos and the embed works better in Notion which is a tool we use for everything.
