What is BombBomb?

BombBomb in Colorado Springs offers a video messaging and marketing platform to accelerate and personalize sales processes. The video, which integrates with Gmail, Salesforce, and Outlook, provides open tracking and video response capabilities, reminder and notifications, reusable text for sales emails, and content library custom branded content for integration with emails.

BombBomb has been the bomb.com for our Customer Service, Sales and Marketing teams!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We utilize BombBomb to send mass emails to our entire list of independent contractors to keep them up to date on important office events, trainings, and notices. This includes Weekly Office Newsletters. On an individual level we also utilize the video email feature (especially with screen record) to answer individual agent questions in a more personalized way. This really helps with our retention and saves time for our staff.

  • Contact lists can be difficult to maintain
  • Accidental unsubscribes can quickly put a black mark on your record
  • In my experience, they act like we are criminals when people unsubscribe from us

  • Easily can share info with a large staff of people
  • Better retention from better office knowledge of available programs
  • Difficulty trying to manage the unsubscribe to keep from getting flagged by BombBomb

  • We've found it's better with existing relationships than as an outbound campaign.
  • Deliverability - We serve markets that might be a little more strict with regards to deliverability.
  • Chrome extension - it was awful and took up so much of the inbox that we've uninstalled it completely.
