InsideSales has a tool called PowerStandings that does similar functionality but is nowhere near as good, interactive or fun as Hoopla. We switched from that product because the reps didn't like it or find it useful.

However, if you are in a team where the metrics are manually evaluated, it can be hard to get excited about the progress, since it will take longer to refresh.
Sales job becomes pathetic at some level when it keeps doing recurring jobs but when the fun-loving and interactive session comes into the picture any kind of job becomes easier and more productive again. When cold calling and lead generation work is needed the feature of Zoho Motivator really nail downs it and provides a booster to any kind of business.

Zoho Motivator's overall usability is great. The software is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. It provides a simple layout with your information easy to view in various charts and graphs. All functions and capabilities are easy to find and simple to use. There is nothing confusing or difficult about this software.

She has taken the time to walk me through how to upload new reports, set up new metrics and leaderboards, while also being helpful in setting up a new channel to broadcast
