We use AppleCare for Enterprise to suppliment our repair offerings. As a school, we see damaged devices almost on a daily basis. AppleCare for Enterprise allows us to book a technician to come onsite as early as the next business day. This means that our students Get their devices back sooner.

Likelihood to Recommend
AppleCare for Enterprise is probably better suited for a large scale business. As a school, we lies the repair speed and phone support. But other inclusions like the no reason repairs for 4% or Mac and 10% or iOS just isn’t worth it. In the amounts of devices that we are buying, this is a small number and won’t help in any way. But in business case where you have staff that look after their devices, then this would be appropriate.
