• ATS is based on AI CV Matching cross-language capable of identifying the matching between profiles and job ads, even if CV and offer are written in different languages. The software displays the list of candidates sorted by degree of compatibility, considering both passive candidates present in the CV database and active candidates who have applied for a given job offer.
• CRM, a complete customer relationship lifecycle management solution which allows recruiters to manage active clients and prospects, view customer activities and feedback, store contact information, and communicate with candidates via email and text messages.
• Contracts & Invoices to manage quotations, contracts, timesheets, invoices and salaries. The administration module offers the possibility of creating quotations for permanent and temporary work according to the customer’s needs and it allows also the management of the entire contractualization process. About the timesheets, Ngage allows the client and candidate to manage timesheets and enter attendance directly into the system.
• KPIs analysis to monitor team and business performance as Recruiting KPs to make data-driven assessments of the different stages of a given selection process; Sales KPIs to check data such as: number of sales meetings, number of loyalty meetings, number of offers, etc.; Recruiting analytics show the number of candidates by recruitment source, etc.
