We use Event Manager to create agendas and we use projects to track Evals. Lastly we use ARchitect to create briefing docs and report on interactions with influential analysts that speak to our customers/prospects.
Pros
- The Event Manager function is a great way plan, invite and send agendas to your analyst attendees.
- Projects - although needing more work - is a great way to track progress during an evaluation.
- Premium content is perfect for tracking mentions, sharing reports that are relevant to your constituents and reporting.
Cons
- In projects, I'd like to see project status automatically triggered by a due date.

- We spend less time on menial tactics.
- Allows us to focus on strategic initiatives rather than mundane tasks.
