I use BoldSign, by Syncfusion® for our commercial office leasing process. With BoldSign, by Syncfusion® I am able to streamline the entire application and lease signing process. It allows them to complete the application via BoldSign, by Syncfusion® which sends the documents to their email. The same with the actual lease. The fully completed / fully executed documents are also so easy to save and upload to our tenant management software! It is intuitive and easy to understand and use. I love it.

I feel that BoldSign, by Syncfusion® is well suited for ANY situation where you need someone to execute a document digitally or complete a form. People don't have printers and scanners at home as much now, so the need for digital document management is very high today.

We are using BoldSign, by Syncfusion® to streamline the contract signature process with clients. It allows us to personalize and manage the flow of these documents. It is also secure, easy to use and has saved us a tremendous amount of time. One big factor in our choice of BoldSign was their immediate response to our inquiry and their customer support. I asked a question and was able to get a demo within a few days.

If you are looking for an inexpensive, simple to use e-Signature tool, BoldSign is it. I tested a number of different products and this one was the best and by far, had the most responsive product and customer support.

Loading documents and creating templates is a real time saver.

Highly recommended. The best esign solution I have used which is important as its a regular business need and used daily.

We use BoldSign to have clients sign engagement contracts as well as other letters clients need to sign in order for us to complete our engagements. We also use BoldSign for such things as sending out employment offer letters to be signed electronically. We are a CPA firm and so we also send out e-file authorization forms to client to sign so that we can then file the returns electronically. These uses pretty much make up probably more than 90% of what we use BoldSign for so not really much variation, but each of these uses are critical to our engagements and providing clients a way to sign these documents electronically decreases the amount of time it takes them to sign exponentially so the impact to our engagement efficiency is substantial.

If you need an electronic signature service I would have no problem recommending the service to anyone. I can't think of any scenarios where it would be less appropriate.

We use BoldSign for the signing of contracts internationally; i.e. with parties in various countries. Getting these contracts signed previously required each party to sign and then scan the copy before sending it to the next party to sign. Invariably details such as place and date were left out and sometimes the scan copies were not of a high quality. Using BoldSign makes is very easy to manage the signing of the contracts and the signatories find it very convenient as well.

I use it for signing digital documents (PDFs) of any kind (Contracts, offers, communications in general). Its use has allowed us to generate trust with our users, whether they are clients, suppliers, employees or partners. I really like its easy to understand and use interface. It has been quite easy to implement and start using it.

It is a good ally for signing documents. Scenarios? Well, it can be anything from a sales or product proposal to a formal contract. We use it for proposals, project start and end protocols, delivery of materials, contracts.

Well, practically any document that requires the formality of an acceptance signature.

We need clients to sign NDAs before they are exposed to detailed deals information.

Prior BoldSign we had to forward them to another website and then the website send them back to ours. It was really bad.

In addition, we fill a PDF form with our customers data through API. With BoldSign it's a whisper. Our previous service provider was so terrible, to the point we would consider not changing our documents to avoid the pain.

BoldSign documentation is clear and complete.

The API works truly fast and is super reliable. Also very easy to implement.

The iFrame has very limited customisation options.

Their customer service is super responsive and the reps really understand the product and tech solutions available.

Since we are a commercial real estate development company we use it for real estate transactions. Mainly for Purchase and Sale Agreements between buyers and sellers. BoldSign makes it easy for us to quickly consummate agreements digitally without having to chase people down to get documents executed in person. The product’s ease of use makes it a game changer for us.

BoldSign makes completing legal documents easy. It is also safe and secure. My company is in commercial real estate development and we use BoldSign for all of our purchase agreements and lease transactions. It’s ease of use to setup and for end users makes it a worthwhile product for us.
