What is Champify?

Champify enables companies to build pipeline by tapping into their former buyers and users and tracking when those contacts change jobs. The vendor states former buyers and users are 3-5x more likely to respond, thus creating "familiarity" as a new, effective pipeline channel. Tracking job changes not only unlocks the ability to break into new accounts as past buyers and users move to net new companies, but also helps reps identify additional contacts to support existing open opportunities. Education is key component of software sales and Champify leverages the familiarity of past buyers and users to create faster deal cycles.

Champify is a Salesforce application and integrates with other sales tools (e.g. Outreach, Salesloft, Leandata) so that reps can engage with these job changes within existing workflows.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Champify consistently helps me prioritize my account planning as an outbound-oriented sales rep by accurately identifying previous champions, users of, and buyers of our product. There are other solutions that try to detect and formulate 'intent,' but many of the factors in their algorithms produce misleading or subpar results. Champify is the only lead management tool I've used that consistently helps me 1) elicit warm replies, 2) book net new outbound sales meetings, and 3) find stakeholders to multithread with in active opportunities.
