We have a robust seasonal staff that we hire new every year. This can be as many as 200 hires a year, many of those being return seasonal employees but a large number being brand new employees. For organizations with high turnover, this is an outstanding way to weed out candidates early in the process and make more room for sound decision making with current hires.
