IncentivizedUse Cases and Deployment Scope
WebEx is used to work with technical support and consulting users. We use it mostly for technical support and debugging software solutions when users are experiencing issues and we have to look at how are they executing a specific process.
Pros
- Easy to use.
- No special setup.
- Doesn't require any special hardware.
Cons
- Recording feature cannot record phone sound just computer sound.
- Recording feature does not generate a file with "known" extension, it needs specific player.
Likelihood to Recommend
For the most part, this is a great software solution for the average user. For consulting it's ok, but [there aren't] that many reach features.
