  • We have a very specific industry and sometimes drilling down to these leads can be challenging. But with customer service, they have solved this for us.

  • The ability to search based on geographical location is very useful.
  • The industry intel it provides is great.

  • The contact information and details aren't always current.
  • It would be helpful to have more report running, list generation ability.
  • The phone numbers arent always right.

  • It's always great to have another resource for lead generation.
  • It has a very healthy list of companies in my sales territory.
  • It has helped me become more of an expert in my direct market.

Long Name, but Great Results!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Data Axle Genie used to be the most interesting platform we used. We were able to create zip-coded lists for our reps and find specific information for them, even down to the nitty-gritty like if it's a corporate office, who their decision-makers are, what the decision-maker contact information is, how many offices they have, and more.

Pros

  • Verified Contacts.
  • Great Customer Service.
  • Inexpensive plans.

Cons

  • It would be nice if email addresses were included in your subscription.
  • Exporting could be easier.
  • It would be wonderful if it could enrich our existing database.

  • Has helped us with creating leads.
  • Has given a quick way for reps to find information.
  • Has enabled us to do more account based marketing.
  • Helps to identify major accounts in the area.

After review, not for B2B

Pros

  • I liked the organization of the database it was easy to maneuver.
  • Search was fairly easy to maintain.
  • If you want to create a list of leads this will work. However, it is primarily for consumer leads not B2B.

Cons

  • They told us that it was illegal to provide direct phone numbers because of the do not call registry and EU regulations however that isn't the case for B2B.
  • When compared to rival products, Salesgenie lacked a complete registry of people within the company.
  • Some of the data was outdated and needed a refresh.

Return on Investment

  • We did not purchase this product, in our testing, we found it would have increased our workload without providing any return.
  • Primary issues are bad and outdated information
  • Missing primary leads remove Salesgenie from qualified solutions

  • Mainly for telephone

Return on Investment

  • We are looking for leads, and SalesGenie is helping us to do so quickly and efficiently. We've been able to create a strong database of leads in a very short time
