- Willingness to work alongside other vendors in large details.
- Software vendor relationship management.
- Investing in proven business processes.
Likelihood to Recommend
Customer engagements where the solution is 1 or 2 modules. Deloitte works well in small projects. In large projects, Deloitte does not cope well with working with other implementation partners. It would best great if they would invest in getting to know the key players (influential and non). Deloitte works across multiple industries which is a bonus.
