Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Swydo, by DialogTech to collect analytics from multiple sources and create reports to share within our organization. Typically, we run ad campaigns across multiple platforms and need one place to pull all the data so we can analyze return on investment.

Swydo, by DialogTech is great for monitoring your ad spend, reporting on ads, and combining it all into an easy-to-read report. Swydo, by DialogTech is not able to show organic social media metrics, so for us, it is not a complete report of our campaigns because we prefer to include metrics of related social posts.

Digital marketing's history is filled with errors, as data from Google Analytics and advertising consoles were manually tracked through spreadsheets. Sure, you could get Facebook's reporting to produce a report that stakeholders like, but how to mix in third-party ads along with Google Ads? Swydo, by DialogTech's superpower is a report writer that allows users to tap different APIs so that a digital marketing report can include data from multiple platforms. That data can then be saved as a PDF or an always-accessible online dashboard.

Pros

Great product that produces results people use.
Fantastic pricing creating a good value.
Outstanding customer service--fast and friendly.
Constant evolution with new features added all the time.

Cons

The interface has a bit of a learning curve.
Because you're directly accessing an API, there is some experimentation needed to get the data that you want.

Likelihood to Recommend

When talking with people in the industry (colleagues, job interviews, clients) Swydo, by DialogTech, has an outstanding reputation. I've recommended the service many times in one-off audits and to in-house marketers at clients who are still doing manual reporting. The Holy Grail was always getting data pushed to you so that you could analyze it and improve the business. Mondays are no longer reporting days. They're analysis days.

We've also set up a number of online dashboards that we host on our site. We could use Swydo, by DialogTech, as well, but we think it's great that our site is the place where people retrieve their data.
