Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Druva for backup up Office 365 items such as email, OneDrive, etc. for all of our users. The problems Druva addresses are both accidental and intentional deletion of data from our users or departed staff. The scope of our use case is organization-wide, so all users are protected from data loss in their Office 365 account.

Ensuring user's data is backed up with snapshots
Prompt and clear assistance from Druva support
Ease of access into the web portal
Providing a view into a snapshot without having to restore it first

Cons

The UI could be a little more clear.
The SSO setup was a little confusing.
The ticket creation procedure could be a little simpler.

We were able to deploy Druva Security Cloud with ease; it helps to simplify backup management across Microsoft 365, endpoints, and AWS. The UI is clean, and the setup was fast. We especially value the ransomware protection and legal hold features. Furthermore Druva Security Cloud help to reduce our backup cost the administrative tasks.

We use Druva Security Cloud to back up our endpoints, and it has proven to be an exceptionally user-friendly solution that greatly simplifies administration. The platform enables point-in-time restores and seamless migration to new devices when needed. Additionally, we receive daily backup status reports, allowing us to quickly identify and address any issues that arise.

We had an executive where they lost their laptop and had to get all of their local files. We were able to get them a new laptop and load all his files from previous backup onto new laptop. Hardly any down time.

We implemented Druva Data Resiliency Cloud to back up our Endpoints, Servers and VMs. As most end users do, ours keep deleting stuff on accident so Druva Security Cloud helps with that, along with keeping archives. Before Druva Security Cloud we were doing physical backups of our in house servers and trusting our hosts to do the same for anything virtual. Druva Security Cloud has exponentially improved the quality and speed of our backups, as well as the breadth of what we are backing up ourselves. The Druva Security Cloud product is easy to use, provides peace of mind for our end users and also streamlines operational efficiency for our IT team.

Robust admin web management portal that offers a fairly granular user privilege setup and the ability to add different regions in backup
100% cloud backup solution that was implemented well and easy to use
The support team is 24/7 and easily accessible
