Great for recording good quality video without needing editing skills. The use of AI to create content and evaluate what has been recorded is awesome. The features to customize the look and feel, color and branding with my logo is fantastic. I use to send client greetings and messages to prospects.
When I tell you Dubb - Video Communication Platform has made a huge difference in my outreach efforts and responses, it's been HUGLEY invaluable! I've undoubtedly seen the ROI already. I own a headhunting business. People absolutely love getting a personalized video from me. The prompts (call-to-action) that pop up after the video such as "book a time" or "visit website" has made it super easy for them to "Respond". Client Prospects get prompted to book a "discovery call". Candidates get prompted to book an "interview." It's brandable and integrates/communicates with my CRM and other systems. There's a nifty Chrome extension too, for easy adding of a video to LinkedIn messages, Outlook messages, etc. It also tracks when the video is viewed. The videos are easily embedded into all channels of communication, even SMS text messages. I haven't run into anything it can't do! I was so excited when I first signed up that I used their training manual and videos to set it all up while binging my favorite show on Netflix. The following day, my account manager reached out to schedule an implementation and training session. She was so helpful and impressed with what I had already done with my profile.

I primarily use Dubb to connect with the members of the nonprofit founders' club which is a membership club. I send them information on upcoming classes, changes and reminders. I find that Dubb is useful for everything that I have been using it for and more that I am sure I have yet to use the many features. It works well when I need to send a quick video to my students and I love the tracking on how many people opened the video, the call to actions are exceptional, the features that I have used have been amazing, I know that I am not using it to its full potential.

Customization features - Once you have a vision of how you want your business to look, the custom features on Dubb - Video Communication Platform are excellent. For example, you can build email and SMS campaigns and the templates give you a great starting point. Dubb - Video Communication Platform will only continue to build on this, so I am excited to see what that looks like.
Ease of Use - Once you understand the platform, it is extremely easy to navigate your way through the process from start to completion. From utilizing IRA, the built-in AI, to come up with ideas for content creation, to recording the video, to editing the video, to adding contacts, to compiling your email... it is all very easy and the finished product looks really high end.
Multiple ways to record - The variety of ways you can record on your devices is excellent. Dubb - Video Communication Platform has really excelled at integrating its platform with an extensive list of 3rd party platforms (LinkedIn, Google Chrome, Outlook, etc.) as well as through its desktop app. Having the ability to record video direct in so many apps will be so useful and specific to your own workflow.
Analytics - Having the ability to track the analytics of the recipient is a game changer. You have the ability to see key metrics that will help guide your business decisions... you will be able to see what types of videos are more popular than others and spot trends on what is working and what is not. Amazing feature!

Video Editing - The editing feature is not as robust as other platforms, but for simple editing, Dubb - Video Communication Platform works well.
Filter Options - I think the filter feature could be expanded slightly to be more intuitive and give more options. The drop downs, for example, in the contacts page for tags and filter can be limited in scope and I think this is an area that if Dubb - Video Communication Platform expanded, you can improve the experience slightly.
Dashboard - For a new user the dashboard is quite busy. It would be nice if you had an option to customize that dashboard.

Although it is an extremely diverse platform with many use cases, I have found it best suited to creating a message based on a specific marketing strategy and being able to reach people at scale. While it offers adequate CRM functionality in most cases, if you are needing a more robust CRM it might not have the functionality you need.
We use Dubb in so many ways to add a personal touch to our communications with our customers, partners, investors, and more. We have been using it for over 3 years and is a key part of our efforts. It's super easy to use but is also really powerful - videos can be embedded in emails, sent as mini landing pages, and embedded elsewhere as well. We ❤️ Dubb.

It comes extremely useful when I include the showcase videos to introduce my associates and referral partners during my own introduction. It's an amazing video platform. It blows the competition away.
I began using Dubb about three weeks ago and it has taken my communication to a whole new level. I'm reaching out to Realtors, past clients, and friends whom I haven't had contact with in ages in a unique way that puts my face right in front of them and keeps them from just deleting my text, email or voice message.
