Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Emplifi allows us to better distribute content across our multiple networks, and also gives us a richer picture with metrics. Regarding issues, we see that sometimes posting repeats posts or, for example, duplicates links. Reports have been sent by the company, but the problem persists. Beyond that, it's a very valuable tool that saves us time and allows us to see where we stand. AI tools allow us to create interesting copies.

Emplifi nos permite distribuir mejor el contenido en las múltiples redes que tenemos, de igual manera, nos da un panorama enriquecedor con métricas; en la cuestión de problemáticas, vemos que a veces al postear repite post o por ejemplo con links, los duplica, se han mandado reportes por parte de la empresa, pero la problemática sigue, de ahí en fuera, es una herramienta muy valiosa que nos ahorra tiempo y nos permite ver dónde estamos parados, así como las herramientas de IA nos permiten crear copys interesantes

I work in customer service and use Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud within the Dynamics 365 tool to respond to customers who contact us through public posts or direct messages we receive on our social media profiles on Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok. Emplifi Social Marketing Cloud brings all social profiles together in a single tool, keeps a history of customer messages, and allows for content control and moderation. This means that the team doesn't need multiple logins, and everyone has access to customer contacts and messages.

Pros

  • Makes customer conversation history available.
  • Translates messages sent in other languages.
  • Allows public and private messages sent by the same customer to be viewed on a single page.

Cons

  • When a customer sends several public messages, I usually respond to them one by one, and it is difficult to know which messages have already been answered and which have not.
  • The translation option was particularly difficult to find when you need to enable it for the first time.
  • On several occasions, customers send images and photos that cannot be viewed, so I have to ask customers to resend them in different formats. I couldn't figure out why this happens, and it happens even when a customer replies to a story.

We cooperate with Emplifi to support our social media service program and basically use Care & Listening functions. It is great to help us integrate across social profiles on different platforms and deal with customer suggestions and complaints. Meanwhile, the labelling function also provides possibilities to analyze massive amounts of data.

We use Emplifi Service Cloud to communicate with customers and fans who show an interest in our products, or who reach out with questions about our products or our policies or issues with their past orders with us. Emplifi Service Cloud allows us to communicate with our followers easily, and to track our history of communications with customers. Emplifi Service Cloud helps us get the most out of our social marketing by engaging with commentors.

  • Helps us keep an eye on how our posts are being recieved and are performing
  • Helps us stay in contact with customers, and helps us understand particular customers needs
  • Helps us separate the chaff from the wheat

  • Better tracking of individual team members performance and activity
  • Not as easy to manage whitelisted accounts as owned accounts, but this seems to be an external limitation not an Emplifi Service Cloud caused limitation
  • Basically everything works great with no downtime, really have no complaints
