Emplifi is well suited to our daily operations of our organization's communications function. From central perspective, we can easliy have an overall view of all the markets' social media status and performance. We're also keen on how to include our paid social campaigns into Emplifi.
Emplifi allows us to better distribute content across our multiple networks, and also gives us a richer picture with metrics. Regarding issues, we see that sometimes posting repeats posts or, for example, duplicates links. Reports have been sent by the company, but the problem persists. Beyond that, it's a very valuable tool that saves us time and allows us to see where we stand. AI tools allow us to create interesting copies.

Being able to customise the widgets displayed in the Unified Analytics 'Campaigns & Labels' section would be a huge benefit! This would save time in having to supplement the section with a dashboard that fills in the gaps.
Enabling comparison to other timeframes in the same widget would be amazing - so that we could see YoY comparison in the same place, or performance of a recurring annual campaign side by side in the same graph.
Having an option to make labelling mandatory when posting would be great! So that you get a nudge to add a label before it allows you to schedule. Currently this is only possible if you select a specific label group as mandatory.
