Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Enboarder for:

<ol><li>New hire onboarding</li><li> New manager onboarding</li><li> Small tasks we need employees to take care of, like joining email groups or accessing one of our systems.</li></ol>Previously we didn't have a way to automatically deliver messages based on new hire start date or other group triggers like becoming a manager at the company. Enboarder solves this by allowing us to pre-write all messaging, then simply adding users to these communication workflows when it's time to do so.

Pros

Deliver our content on a predetermined schedule
Group many different users and workflows by content type and group type
Allow multiple workflows to run at once

Cons

Content editor. It is clunky to use their native editor to format content.
Website organization. Many important features are hidden and hard to find.
Website navigation. It's challenging to edit one place in a workflow without losing your place in the website where you were before.

Likelihood to Recommend

Enboarder provides the most robust feature set for onboarding and employee communication workflows, so we'll stick with it. Enboarder is well suited for any company that wants to automate its communication workflows, especially for new hire onboarding or other predicted communications by [a] group.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a large company that is having 350+ onboarders every month. We had nothing in place first to give them a nice onboarding experience with a nice roadmap what to do when they are joining. We as the EUC team create accounts and are the first point of contact when people start within JET. With this tool we can start to give people a program to work on. The problem we had before is that we don't have a solution in place to give them a prepared program and this costs time so also money.

Pros

People activation.
Really nice UI.

Cons

More possibilities for IT account creation tracking.
More connections between IT tools for example IT asset management system.
Trainings for non-HR people that also can help configure this program.

Likelihood to Recommend

Enboarder is well suited for creating onboarding programs, we have so many tools that it is nice create an overview of what people need to do when they start in our company. It is also a great connection between the HR & IT department. Enboarder is less appropriate when it comes to IT account creation connections. For example right now e use google sheets to track all the accounts that would need to be created, it will be nice if this can be connected to Enboarder.

Our onboarding was recognized as a key area whereby we could positively</li><li>influence our employee experience and at the same time build a greater connection with the role</li><li>of the leader in successfully onboarding their new employee in the workplace.</li></ul>

Adapting the tool to use for other sequences of the employee lifecycle like recruitment.

From our experience, being a medium-sized organization using Emboarder for our onboarding has been our primary focus, and it has been highly successful in adoption by users and has vastly improved the experience. We are now attempting to use the process for other key areas like pre-recruitment so that if a candidate is successful their transition through the lifecycle is seamless and consistent

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Enboarder is owned by the HR/People function, and is largely used for its On-boarding functionality, helping to streamline and automate the onboarding processes. We have also started using Enboarder in wider HR uses, such as off-boarding, in-boarding, parental leave, alumni program, and training programs.

It enables us in HR to trigger a sequence of events, largely to be carried out by other business units, and keeps track of their progress.

Pros

Easy to implement, design process, and use.
Automate processes which otherwise require a lot of manual effort.

Cons

It's not the easiest to find information sometimes, but the support team is always on hand.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you are on-boarding a large number of people, or have people processes to run, it is great at automating them!
