Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Evalato to create different awards programs which include many categories and submissions. It's been great to work with Evalato because it's very intuitive and user-friendly. You don't even need a guide to start building your program, also every feature we needed was available. It's a flexible software that we would keep using.

Pros

  • Judges have a separate portal and can easily manage the voting process.
  • There are a lot of customizable options which gives us more freedom to align the program with our brand.
  • Support is everything to us and we are lucky to be assisted whenever there's a bump on the road.

Cons

  • I would love to have even more customizable options for the webpage.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The whole process of managing an awards program has been extremely easy to setup and execute. It's been a joy! Right from the setup to categories, payment integration, setting up of the applicant and judges portals - the whole experience is seamless for the admin, the applicants and the jury! What i love it that I can sign up and run multiple programs simultaneously. And there are little details such as being able to send out an automated email notification to all or select participants that make the platform extremely user friendly!

I am organizing awards with the help of Evalato and find the software incredibly useful for the purpose. I managed to quickly get started with the product and set up an awards program with custom voting rounds much faster than I expected. I also really enjoy Evalato’s customizability — you can play around with the registration and application forms and website branding options, tweaking every little detail. Last but not least, the applicant portal is really intuitive too, and it seems that candidates are finding it easy to submit their applications.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

This software is helping us with the competitions that we conduct in the company, for the application for new positions. Employees can register in the web portal that we have designed from the same Evalato platform and once registered, they can apply for the position they aspire to according to the categories created. It is a much simpler way to promote staff and make the process almost automatic.

Pros

  • A cloud-based software, so I can access it and see new employee applications, wherever I am with internet access. I like that this is the way it is, as I don't overload my work computer with so much contest information.
  • It allows me to create custom forms, based on the category and the position or vacancy that is available. It is easy to do this with the drag and drop option that the program allows.
  • It also has a very simple and practical evaluation management, with methods such as scoring, several rounds and many more options, which we can decide to evaluate the applicants.

Cons

  • For me it has been a software with ups and downs in its use, since, although I find it easy to use, sometimes I get confused with so many applications from contestants, but that is more due to the number of participants than to the software itself.
  • Some contestants state that when entering the portal to fill out their registration and fill out the application, it has given them an error and does not allow them to enter.
  • Some integrations were complicated to install, but the great technical support team helped me quickly with that problem.

  • Allows the creation of a web page for the competition, very customizable and where you can place the information of the competitions, vacancies, with colors, designs and everything we need.
  • The evaluation management of the postulated employees is very simple and with several options such as rounds, scores or customize it at our convenience.
  • We can create different categories and customize them according to the position that is available.

Return on Investment

  • Thanks to this software, in the human resources department we have been able to manage the competitions and applications for new employee positions in a much faster way, saving us work, time and increasing our performance and productivity. We can spend much less time in the competitions and make them automatically and avoiding so many papers in the office.
